Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel wypoczynkowy, sluzacy jako mebel do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac fotela wypoczynkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc nosna oraz czesc tapicerowana. Czesc nosna stanowi lekka konstrukcja uformowana z kijów ratanowych, której oparcie tylne ma forme ksztaltowej kraty o zarysie trapezowym. Wewnatrz ramy znajduja sie pionowe p cienkie zerdzie oraz zerdz poprzeczna. Pionowe zerdzie oparcia tylnego w dolnej czesci tworza tylna pare nóg i sa odchylone do tylu. Przednia para nóg czesci nosnej w widoku z przodu ma forme liter „V", których ramiona przechodza lukowato w oparcie podlokietnikowe, przy czym jedno z ich ramion laczy sie z czescia srodkowa ramy oparcia, natomiast drugie z ramion siega górnej krawedzi ramy oparcia tylnego. Pomiedzy ramionami znajduja sie poprzeczne drazki. Pomiedzy nogami czesci nosnej fotela znajduja sie elementy klamrowe w ksztalcie litery „C" zwrócone koncami w dól. Czesc tapicerowana fotela tworzy wysoka, pekata prostopadloscienna poducha siedziska i stykajace sie z nia cienkie nakladki podlokietników oraz poducha oparcia o zarysie trapezowym. Poducha oparcia ma u dolu profilowe wciecia od strony nakladek podlokietnikowych.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia fotel wypoczynkowy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig2 - zzecie fotela w widoku z boku, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z tylu, a fig.4 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Czesc nosna fotela stanowi lekka konstrukcja uformowana z kijów ratanowych, której oparcie tylne ma forme ksztaltowej kraty o zarysie trapezowym. The new and unique character of the lounge chair according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The industrial design armchair has a support section and an upholstered section. The support section is a lightweight structure formed from rattan poles, the backrest of which is shaped like a trapezoidal grid. Inside the frame are vertical, thin struts and a transverse strut. The vertical struts of the backrest in the lower section form the rear pair of legs and are angled backward. The front pair of legs of the support section, viewed from the front, have a "V" shape, with their arms arcing into the armrest, with one arm connecting to the central section of the backrest frame, while the other arm reaches the upper edge of the backrest frame. Between the arms are transverse rods. Between the legs of the supporting part of the armchair are C-shaped brace elements with their ends facing downwards. The upholstered part of the armchair consists of a high, bulging, cuboid seat cushion and the thin armrest pads that touch it, as well as a trapezoidal backrest cushion. The backrest cushion has profiled indentations at the bottom on the side of the armrest pads. The upholstered section of the armchair consists of a tall, bulging, cuboid seat cushion, thin armrest pads, and a trapezoidal backrest cushion.
