Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie stelaza nosnego fotela i jego skladowych elementów, zapewniajace spelnienie wymogów wytrzymalosciowych, z równoczesnym zapewnieniem wygodnego, ergonomicznego na nim siedzenia, ze stabilnym posadowieniem, na podlozu. Stelaz charakteryzuje sie prosta, zwarta budowa, laczaca w sobie zalety uzytkowe z walorami estetycznymi, stosownymi dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono schematycznie w zalaczonej dokumentacji rysunkowej, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok boczny pierwszej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela, fig. 2 - widok boczny drugiej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela, fig. 3 widok boczny trzeciej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela. Pierwsza odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela wykonana z drewna warstwowo klejonego lub z zamknietych profili metalowych ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze rama tylnego oparcia I i rama siedziska 2, tworzace jednolita konstrukcje, polaczone sa z bocznymi ramowymi elementami 3 stelaza uksztaltowanymi w zarys zblizony do litery „U". Boczne ramowe elementy 3 stelaza w czesci górnejspelniaja funkcje podlokietników, zas w dolnej czesci stanowia elementy podporowe, w których zakonczenia odchylone sa lukowo do podloza, tworzac tylne stopki 4 fotela o liniowej powierzchni podparcia. Przednimi podparciami sa przednie metalowe stopki 5 fotela o powierzchni chromowanej, blyszczacej lub malowanej, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Druga odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze boczne ramowe elementy 3 maja identyczny ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie stelaza nosnego fotela, zas przednimi podparciami sa przednie stopki 5 fotela, wykonane z drewna litego, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig 2. Trzecia odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze boczne ramowe elementy 3 maja identyczny ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie stelaza nosnego fotela, zas przednimi podparciami sa przednie stopki 5 fotela, majace postac listew odchylonych lukowo do podloza, wykonane z drewna warstwowo klejonego, tworzace liniowa powierzchnie podparcia, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the chair's support frame and its components, ensuring that strength requirements are met while simultaneously providing comfortable, ergonomic seating with a stable base on the ground. The frame is characterized by a simple, compact structure, combining functional advantages with aesthetic values appropriate for industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is schematically illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the first variant of the support frame, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the second variant of the support frame, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the third variant of the support frame. The first variant of the armchair's supporting frame, made of laminated wood or closed metal profiles, has significant features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the frame of the backrest I and the seat frame 2, forming a uniform structure, are connected to the side frame elements 3 of the frame shaped in an outline similar to the letter "U". The side frame elements 3 of the frame in the upper part function as armrests, while in the lower part they constitute support elements, the ends of which are bent in an arc towards the ground, creating the rear feet 4 of the armchair with a linear support surface. The front supports are the front metal feet 5 of the armchair with a chrome, shiny or painted surface, attached to the lower front part of each of the side frame elements 3, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. The second variant of the armchair support frame has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that the side frame elements 3 have an identical shape as in the first variant of the armchair support frame, and the front supports are the front feet 5 of the armchair, made of solid wood, attached to the lower front part of each of the side frame elements 3, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2. The third variant of the armchair support frame has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that the side frame elements 3 have an identical shape as in the first variant of the armchair support frame, and the front supports are the front feet 5 of the armchair, made of solid wood, attached to the lower front part of each of the side frame elements 3, as shown in the attached drawing fig. the feet 5 of the armchair, in the form of slats inclined in an arc towards the ground, made of glued laminated wood, forming a linear support surface, attached to the lower front part of each of the side frame elements 3, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3.
