Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie stelaza nosnego fotela i jego skladowych elementów, zapewniajace spelnienie wymogów wytrzymalosciowych, z równoczesnym zapewnieniem wygodnego, ergonomicznego na nim siedzenia, ze stabilnym posadowieniem, na podlozu. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the armchair's support frame and its components, ensuring that it meets the strength requirements, while at the same time providing a comfortable, ergonomic seat on it, with a stable base on the floor.

Stelaz charakteryzuje sie prosta, zwarta budowa, laczaca w sobie zalety uzytkowe z walorami estetycznymi, stosownymi dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. The frame is characterized by a simple, compact structure, combining functional advantages with aesthetic values, suitable for industrial design.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono schematycznie w zalaczonej dokumentacji rysunkowej, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok boczny pierwszej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela, fig. 2 - widok boczny drugiej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela, fig. 3 widok boczny trzeciej odmiany stelaza nosnego fotela. The object of the industrial design is schematically shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the first version of the armchair support frame, Fig. 2 - a side view of the second version of the armchair support frame, Fig. 3 a side view of a third type of support armchair frame.

Pierwsza odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela wykonana z drewna warstwowo klejonego lub z zamknietych profili metalowych ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze rama tylnego oparcia I i rama siedziska 2, tworzace jednolita konstrukcje, polaczone sa z bocznymi ramowymi elementami 3 stelaza uksztaltowanymi w zarys zblizony do litery „U". Boczne ramowe elementy 3 stelaza w czesci górnejspelniaja funkcje podlokietników, zas w dolnej czesci stanowia elementy podporowe, w których zakonczenia odchylone sa lukowo do podloza, tworzac tylne stopki 4 fotela o liniowej powierzchni podparcia. Przednimi podparciami sa przednie metalowe stopki 5 fotela o powierzchni chromowanej, blyszczacej lub malowanej, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Side frame elements 3 of the frame in the upper part perform the functions of the armrests, while in the lower part they serve as support elements, the ends of which are angled towards the ground, creating the rear seat legs 4 with a linear support surface. The front supports are metal front chair feet 5 with chrome, glossy or painted surface, attached to the lower front part of each of the side frame members 3, as shown in the accompanying figure 1.

Druga odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze boczne ramowe elementy 3 maja identyczny ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie stelaza nosnego fotela, zas przednimi podparciami sa przednie stopki 5 fotela, wykonane z drewna litego, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig 2. The second version of the support frame of the chair has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the side frame elements 3 have the same shape as in the first version of the support frame of the chair, and the front supports 5 of the chair are made of solid wood, attached to the lower front part each of the side frame members 3 as shown in the attached drawing fig 2.

Trzecia odmiana stelaza nosnego fotela ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze boczne ramowe elementy 3 maja identyczny ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie stelaza nosnego fotela, zas przednimi podparciami sa przednie stopki 5 fotela, majace postac listew odchylonych lukowo do podloza, wykonane z drewna warstwowo klejonego, tworzace liniowa powierzchnie podparcia, zamocowane do dolnej przedniej czesci kazdego z bocznych ramowych elementów 3, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3.The third version of the support frame of the armchair has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the side frame elements 3 have the same shape as in the first version of the support frame of the chair, and the front supports 5 are the front feet 5 of the chair, in the form of slats inclined arched to the ground, made of laminated timber, forming a linear support surface, attached to the lower front portion of each of the side frame members 3, as shown in the accompanying figure 3.
