Wyróznikiem trzeciej odmiany boków fotela jest zakonczenie dolnej czesci przednich podporowych elementów fotela, lukowym odchyleniem do wewnatrz w czesci dolnej oraz odchylenie tylnych ramion elementów podporowych fotela do wewnatrz, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3. Czwarta odmiana boków fotela i kanapy ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma budowe niemal identyczna, jak w trzeciej odmianie. The subject of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the armchair and sofa sides, ensuring that strength requirements are met while simultaneously providing comfortable, ergonomic support. The sides are characterized by a simple, compact structure, combining functional advantages with aesthetic values appropriate for industrial design. The first version of the armchair and sofa sides, made of flat wooden slats, has significant industrial design features, characterized by the fact that the front support elements and rear support elements are connected to the side edges of the rear backrest and seat in points, arranged parallel on both sides. The arms of the front support elements of the seat sides have a right-angle shape with an arc-shaped transition from the straight lower part to the upper part, ending in an outward arc at the upper part. In the functional division of the front support elements, the lower parts constitute the legs of the chair, while the horizontal arms function as armrests. Below the seat, the front support elements are connected to the front horizontal strip. The rear support elements have arms shaped like a triangle with an arced top, which serves as an additional connection point to the horizontal arm of the front support element. The rear arms of the rear support elements, curved outward in an outward arc, function as the armchair's legs. Below the seat, the rear support elements are connected to the rear horizontal strip, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1). The second version of the armchair and sofa sides has significant industrial design features, characterized by its identical structure to the first version. This armchair side panel variant is distinguished by the placement of the rear support elements of the upholstered layers in the upper plane, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The third armchair and sofa side panel variant has significant industrial design features, characterized by a structure almost identical to the first armchair. The third armchair side panel variant is distinguished by the ending of the lower portion of the front support elements, an inward arc in the lower section, and an inward angle of the rear arms of the armchair support elements, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The fourth armchair and sofa side panel variant has significant industrial design features, characterized by a structure almost identical to the third armchair. The fourth variant of the armchair's sides is distinguished by the connection of the front portions of the rear support elements with the front portions of the front support elements, with an upholstered layer placed in the upper surface of the rear support elements, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4. The fifth variant of the armchair's and sofa's sides has essential industrial design features, characterized by the identical structure of the armchair's sides as in the third variant. A distinctive feature is the rear arms of the rear support elements, which arc outward and function as the armchair's legs, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 5. The sixth variant of the armchair's and sofa's sides has essential industrial design features, characterized by the identical structure of the armchair's sides as in the second variant. A distinctive feature is the replacement of the horizontal slats with the sofa's bedding box for mounting, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6. The seventh version of the armchair and sofa sides has significant industrial design features, characterized by the fact that the sofa sides have an identical structure to the armchair sides in the third version. A distinctive feature is the use of the sofa's bedding box for mounting the support elements, to which the rear support slats of the front support elements are connected, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 7.
