Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel wypoczynkowy, sluzacy jako me- bel do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac fotela wypoczynkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie. Fotel wypoczynkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada niska podstawe, na której umieszczone sa szerokie, prostopadloscienne boki o scietych do srodka fotela scia- nkach górnych oraz wysoka poducha siedzenia. Na górnych, scietych sciankach boków znajduja sie plaskie poduszki podlokietnikowe. Oparcie tylne ma wyraziste ksztalty o trapezowym zarysie bocznym, którego tylna scianka jest pionowa, natomiast frontowa jest ukosna. W widoku z tylu, oparcie ma zarys zblizony do ksztaltu litery „T", przy czym w wycieciach bocznych oparcia znajduja sie konce boków fotela wraz z ich poduszkami podlokietnikowymi. Fotel zaopatrzony jest w nogi w ksztalcie wydluzonych walców. The new and unique character of the lounge chair based on the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The lounge chair based on the industrial design has a low base, on which are placed wide, rectangular sides with upper walls beveled towards the center of the chair, and a high seat cushion. The upper, beveled sides feature flat armrest cushions. The backrest has a distinctive shape with a trapezoidal side profile, the rear wall of which is vertical, while the front is diagonal. From the rear view, the backrest has an outline similar to the shape of the letter "T," with the ends of the armrests and their armrest cushions located in the side cutouts of the backrest. The armchair features legs in the shape of elongated cylinders. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the armchair in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 3 shows the armchair from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the armchair from the back.
