(MTP „Meble '99" Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego sa mebie wypoczynkowe w sklad których wcho- dzi fotel i kanapa naroznikowa. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac zdobnicza przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii, na której przed- stawiono na fig. 1 meble w widoku ogólnym, na fig 2 meble w widoku ogólnym z rozlo- zona kanapa. Meble calkowicie tapicerowane charakteryzuja sie tym, ze boki i oparcia mebfi stanowia jedna calosc przy czym boki mebli przechodza w podlokietniki lekko wywiniete na zewnatrz, sa stebnowane i górne fragmenty obic boków i oparc sa lekko pomarszczone. Siedziska mebii stanowia prostokatne poduchy o udrapowanych czolach, a kazdej zpoduch siedziska odpowiada jedna poducha oparcia majaca na srodku niewielkie pionowe przeszycie i gwiazdzisto rozchodzace sie marszczenia. Czola mebli pokryte sa tkanina w identycznym kolorze jak pozostale czesci mebli. Kanapa posiada dwie czesci dluzsza i krótsza stykajace sie pod katem prostym, jednakze krótsza czesc nie posiada boku z podlokietnikiem tylko opacie stanowia podu- chy, przy czym ostatnia poducha oparcia jest krótsza anizeli ostatnia poducha siedziska, zas narozna poducha siedziska jest otoczona dwoma poduchami oparcia Poduchy oparcia kanapy maja ksztalt prostokata z wypuklym górnym bokiem. Ostatnia poducha oparcia krótszej czesci kanapy ma ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna zo- stala wygieta w luk. Poducha znajdujaca sie na boku z podlokietnikiem stanowi jedna ca- losc i zachodzi za poduche siedziska. Kanapa rozklada sie przez uniesienie w góre krótszej czesci, pod która znajduje sie po- jemnik na posciel i wysuniecie czola dluzszej czesci dzieki czemu moze spelniac funkcje do spania. Natomiast boki i oparcie fotela ma ksztalt czesci lekko wywinietego na zewnatrz kielicha. Poduchy boków fotela sa jednolite i zachodza za poduche siedziska. Poducha siedziska ma od strony oparcia pólokragly bok Poducha oparcia fotela jest w ksztalcie trapezu z wypukla dluzsza podstawa. PL PLLounge furniture The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from Priority: 5 May 1999 (MTP "Meble '99" Poznań, Poland) The subject of the ornamental design is lounge furniture consisting of an armchair and a corner sofa. The essence of the design is a new decorative form of the item manifested in the arrangement of lines and the shape of the surface. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows in Fig. 1 the furniture in a general view, and in Fig. 2 the furniture in a general view with the sofa unfolded. Fully upholstered furniture is characterized by the fact that the sides and backrests of the furniture form one whole, with the sides of the furniture turning into armrests slightly turned outwards, they are topstitched, and the upper parts of the upholstery of the sides and backrests are slightly wrinkled. The sofa's seats consist of rectangular cushions with draped fronts, and each seat cushion has a corresponding back cushion, featuring a small vertical stitching in the center and star-shaped ruffles. The fronts of the furniture are upholstered in fabric in the same color as the rest of the furniture. The sofa has two sections, longer and shorter, meeting at right angles. However, the shorter section does not have a side with an armrest; instead, the backrest consists of cushions. The last back cushion is shorter than the last seat cushion, while the corner seat cushion is surrounded by two back cushions. The back cushions of the sofa are rectangular with a convex upper edge. The last back cushion of the shorter section of the sofa is shaped like a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is curved into an arc. The side cushion with the armrest forms a single unit and overlaps the seat cushion. The sofa unfolds by lifting the shorter section, which houses the bedding compartment, and extending the front of the longer section, allowing it to function as a sleeping area. The sides and backrest of the armchair are shaped like a slightly outwardly curved goblet. The side cushions are uniform and overlap the seat cushion. The seat cushion has a semicircular side on the backrest side. The backrest cushion is trapezoidal in shape with a convex longer base.
