Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa dwuosobowa mlodziezowa mogaca stanowic samodzielny mebel w pokoju dziecinnym, jak i byc skladowym meblem kompletu mebli mlodziezowych, sluzacych zarówno do siedzenia, a takze do lezenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie mebla wyrózniajace go w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i uzytkowymi w tym i ergonomicznymi, zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, ozy lezenia, a takze zestawiania do okreslonej funkcji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 przedstawiajacym w widoku od czola kanape dwuosobowa mlodziezowa oraz dodatkowo noi jicj -2 w materiale ilustracyjnym stanowiacym kolorowe odbitki kserograficzne zdjecia kanapy dwuosobowej mlodziezowej. Kanapa dwuosobowa mlodziezowa ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiajaoe sie w prostopadlosciennymskrzyniowym cokole pokrytym tkanina meblowa, do którego z jednej strony zamocowany jest podlokietnik o trapezowym przekroju poprzecznym, z walcowym uksztaltowaniem poduchy bocznego oparcia, tworzacej wieksza podstawe trapezu, zas z drugiej strony cokól laczy sie z dodatkowym segmentem w ksztalcie polowy walca z katowym podzialem poziomym na czesc skrzyniowa, na przyklad na posciel i siedziskowa, przy czym na krawedzi podzialu oraz górnej krawedzi powierzchni siedziskowej umieszczony jest walcowy kieder, który równiez znajduje sie miedzy krawedzia podzialu cokolu, a osadzona na nim poducha siedziska. Ma ona budowe dwusegmentowa zlaczona w jeden zwarty element mebla. Poducha siedziska od wewnetrznej strony styka sie z dwusegmentowa poducha tylnego oparcia w postaci przestrzennych bryl majacych kontrastowa kolorystyke poszczególnych bryl. Poducha tylnego oparcia ma lukowa przednia i tylna krawedz czolowa, zas od strony siedziska powierzchnia poszczególnych segmentów poduch nachylona jest pod znacznym katem, zapewniajac wygodna powierzchnie oparcia. Na czolowej powierzchni podlokietnika umieszczone sa podluzne elementy zdobnicze oddzielone warstwa kiedera. Podluznymi elementami zdobniczymi sa oddzielne plytki trapezowe, z których górna ma podstawy zaokraglone i zaoblone naroza. Na powierzchni czolowej cokoluznajduja aie dwa oddzielne poziome elementy zdobnicze przedstawiajace stylizacje trapezów o kolistych podstawach rozmieszczone tak, ze male podstawy znajduja sie wewnatrz ukladu, zas dwie podstawy sa przy zewnetrznych krawedziach cokolu, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2 zalaczonego materialu ilustracyjnego. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a two-seater youth sofa that can serve as a standalone piece of furniture in a children's room or as a component of a youth furniture set, serving both seating and lying down. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the furniture, distinguishing it from known solutions with both decorative and functional values, including ergonomics related to the comfort of seating and lying down, as well as the ability to be assembled for a specific function. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing (fig. 1), showing a frontal view of the two-seater youth sofa, and additionally, noi jicj-2 in the illustrative material consisting of color photocopies of a photo of the two-seater youth sofa. This two-seater youth sofa features significant industrial design features, including a rectangular, box-shaped base covered with upholstery fabric. On one side, a trapezoidal armrest is attached, with a cylindrical side backrest cushion forming a larger trapezoidal base. On the other side, the base connects to an additional half-cylindrical segment with an angular horizontal division into a box section, for example, for bedding, and a seat section. A cylindrical guide is placed on the edge of the division and the upper edge of the seat surface, also located between the plinth's dividing edge and the seat cushion mounted on it. It has a two-segment structure, combined into a single, compact piece of furniture. The seat cushion's inner surface is joined by a two-segment rear backrest cushion, each with a contrasting color scheme. The rear backrest cushion has an arched front and rear edge, while the seat-side surface of each cushion segment is inclined at a significant angle, providing a comfortable support surface. The front surface of the armrest features longitudinal decorative elements separated by a layer of seat cushion. These longitudinal decorative elements are separate trapezoidal plates, the upper of which has rounded bases and rounded corners. On the front surface of the pedestal there are two separate horizontal decorative elements representing stylized trapezoids with circular bases, arranged so that the small bases are inside the arrangement, and the two bases are at the outer edges of the pedestal, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 of the attached illustrations.
