MEBEL TAPICEROWANY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 8 listopada 2000r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest mebel tapicerowany w postaci kana- py lub fotela, korzystnie wykonany ze skory, zwlaszcza wchodzacy w sklad ze- stawu mebli wypoczynkowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku z przodu i boku, a fig. 2 te sama kana- pe w widoku z tylu i boku, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu i boku, a fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z tylu i boku. Mebel zarówno w postaci kanapy, jak i fotela ma tapicerowany korpus z podlokietnikami oraz luzno ulozone na tym korpusie poduszki siedziskowe i oparciowe. Ilosc poduszek siedziskowych odpowiada liczbie osób dla których mebel jest przeznaczony, a kazdej z tych poduszek odpowiada jedna poduszka oparciowe. Górna powierzchnia podlokietników obniza sie od oparcia w strone powierzchni czolowej mebla korzystnie wzdluz linii prostej, a w poblizu czola me- bla schodzi ponizej poduszek siedziskowych, i na tym odcinku jest pozioma.Mebel w postaci kanapy ma siedzisko skladajace sie co najmniej z dwóch poduszek siedziskowych i takiej samej liczby poduszek oparciowych - wszystkie majace ksztalt plaskich prostopadloscianów. W kazdej poduszce siedziskowej sasiadujacej z podlokietnikiem, jeden czolowy naroznik jest wydluzony w bok, w kierunku podlokietnika, a z prostopadlym do niego brzegiem poduszki polaczony jest zaokragleniem. Wydluzony naroznik skrajnej poduszki siedziskowej zacho- dzi na obnizona czesc podlokietnika, spoczywajac na jego poziomym odcinku. W kanapie dwuosobowej sa tylko dwie poduszki siedziskowe kazda z wydluzo- nym naroznikiem, natomiast w kanapie dla trzech lub wiekszej liczby osób, mie- dzy tymi dwoma poduszkami siedziskowymi znajduje sie jedna lub wiecej podu- szek o regularnym prostopadlosciennym ksztalcie. Mebel w postaci fotela, ma jedna poduszke siedziskowa i jedna oparciowa obie luzno ulozone w korpusie z podlokietnikami. W poduszce siedziskowej, majacej ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu, dwa czolowe narozniki sa wydlu- zone na boki w kierunku podlokietników, a z prostopadlymi do nich brzegami poduszki polaczone sa zaokragleniami. Wydluzone narozniki poduszki siedzi- skowej zachodza na obnizone czesci obu podlokietników, spoczywajac na ich poziomych odcinkach. Tylna sciana mebla, zarówno kanapy, jak i fotela, ma regularnie rozmiesz- czone pionowe przeszycia w materiale obiciowym. Nózki mebla wykonane sa w postaci trzech wzajemnie prostopadlych ramion. Dwa z nich, usytuowane po- ziomo, przylegaja od dolu do naroznika tapicerowanego korpusu mebla, a na trzecim, pionowym, ramieniu wspiera sie konstrukcja mebla. PLUPHOLSTERED FURNITURE The right to register a decorative design has been in force since November 8, 2000. The subject of the decorative design is an upholstered piece of furniture in the form of a couch or armchair, preferably made of leather, especially included in a set of lounge furniture. The essence of the pattern is the new form of the object, which is its shape. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in front and side views, and Fig. 2 shows the same channel in rear and side views, while Fig. 3 shows the seat in front view. and side view, and Fig. 4 shows the seat back and side view. The piece of furniture, both in the form of a sofa and an armchair, has an upholstered body with armrests and loosely placed seat and backrest cushions on the body. The number of seat cushions corresponds to the number of people for whom the furniture is intended, and each of these cushions corresponds to one back cushion. The upper surface of the armrests descends from the backrest towards the front surface of the furniture preferably along a straight line, and near the forehead of the furniture it descends below the seat cushions, and is horizontal in this section. The sofa-shaped furniture has a seat consisting of at least two seat cushions and the same number of back cushions - all in the shape of flat cubes. In each seat cushion adjacent to the armrest, one front corner is extended to the side, towards the armrest, and is connected to the perpendicular edge of the cushion with a rounding. The elongated corner of the extreme seat cushion overlaps the lowered part of the armrest, resting on its horizontal section. A sofa for two has only two seat cushions each with an elongated corner, while a sofa for three or more has one or more regular rectangular shaped cushions between the two seat cushions. This piece of furniture is in the form of an armchair, has one seat cushion and one backrest cushion, both loosely placed in the body with armrests. In the seat cushion, having the shape of a flat cuboid, the two front corners are extended to the sides towards the armrests, and the curves are connected with the perpendicular edges of the cushion. The elongated corners of the seat cushion overlap the lowered portions of both armrests, resting on their horizontal sections. The back wall of both the couch and the armchair has regularly spaced vertical stitching in the upholstery material. The legs of the furniture are made in the form of three mutually perpendicular arms. Two of them, placed horizontally, adjoin the corner of the upholstered body of the piece of furniture, and the third, vertical arm supports the furniture structure. PL
