Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych do siedzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku zestaw wypoczynkowy utworzony jest z trzeciej odmiany fotela, który ma siedzisko oraz tylne oparcie, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze siedzisko fotela wsparte jest na podstawie, przy czym siedzisko to ma nieznacznie zaokraglone linie brzegowe i wystaje swym obrysem poza przednia scianke swojej podstawy, która ksztaltem przypomina prostopadloscian, natomiast tylna sciana fotela jest wypukla i ma w widoku z tylu ksztalt prostokata, a w widoku z boku przypomina ksztaltem cyfre 4 (cztery) ze scietymi i zaokraglonymi narozami oraz jest oparta w dolnej czesci o podstawe siedziska a w srodkowej o siedzisko, natomiast od strony przedniej oparcie fotela stanowi poducha ulozona na ukosnej czesci tylnej sciany fotela,przy czym poducha ta ma w widoku frontowym postac prostokata, w widoku bocznym ksztalt nieforemny, natomiast do jednej strony siedziska przylega bok, który w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt zblizony do litery „L". której podstawa ma wysokosc wieksza od wysokosci siedziska, natomiast na oparciu tym zamocowany jest podlokietnik, który w widoku z góry przypomina prostokat, którego jeden z dluzszych boków jest wygiety w ksztalcie luku, zas caly fotel posadowiony jest na cokole, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 11,12,13,14,15. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku zestaw wypoczynkowy utworzony jest z etazerki wyposazonej w pólki, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze etazerka w widoku z góry ma ksztalt przypominajacy trójkat równoramienny o zaokraglonych narozach oraz lukowej podstawie i utworzona jest z trzech pólek, przy czym srodkowa i górna pólka wsparte sa na trzech okraglych podporach usytuowanych w narozach pólek, a cala etazerka posadowiona jest na cokolach w postaci plyt jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 16,17,18,19. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of elements and lines. The lounge set consists of armchairs and a sofa. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the lounge set is made of the first type of armchair, which has a seat and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the armchair is supported by a base, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edge lines and its outline protrudes beyond the front wall of its base, which in shape resembles a cuboid, while the back wall of the armchair is convex and in the back view has the shape of a rectangle, and in the side view it resembles the shape of the number 4 (four) with cut and rounded corners and is supported in the lower part by the base of the seat and in the middle by the seat, while from the front side the backrest of the armchair is a cushion placed on the diagonal part of the back wall of the armchair, wherein the cushion in the front view has the form of a rectangle, and in the side view it has the shape of shapeless, and the entire armchair is placed on a plinth, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the lounge set is made of the second type of armchair, which has a seat and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the armchair is supported by a base, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edges and protrudes with its outline beyond the front wall of its base, which in shape resembles a cuboid, while the back wall of the armchair is convex and has the shape of a rectangle in the back view, and in the side view it resembles the shape of the number 4 (four) with cut and rounded corners and is supported in the lower part on the seat base and in the middle on the seat, while from the front side the backrest of the armchair is a cushion placed on a diagonal part of the rear wall of the armchair, wherein this cushion has the form of a rectangle in the front view with an arc-shaped cut-out on the armrest side, and in the side view it has an irregular shape, while a side of considerable thickness adjoins one side of the seat, and the outer edges of the lateral plane of the side are higher than the inner edges of the side, and the plane connecting these edges is bent in an arc, and on this side there is an armrest with a shape similar to a flattened ellipse in the front view, wherein the armrest protrudes with its outline beyond the outline of the side, and on this armrest there is a thin cushion covering the entire armrest, and the entire armchair is placed on a plinth, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the lounge set is made of the third type of armchair, which has a seat and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the armchair is supported by a base, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edge lines and its outline protrudes beyond the front wall of its base, which in shape resembles a cuboid, while the back wall of the armchair is convex and has the shape of a rectangle in the back view, and in a side view it resembles the shape of the number 4 (four) with cut and rounded corners and is supported in the lower part by the base of the seat and in the middle by the seat, while from the front side the backrest of the armchair is a cushion placed on the diagonal part of the back wall of the armchair, wherein the cushion has the form of a rectangle in the front view, an irregular shape in the side view, and to one side of the seat there is a side which in a side view has a shape similar to the letter "L", the base of which is higher than the height of the seat, while on this backrest there is an armrest which in a top view resembles a rectangle, one of the longer sides of which is bent in the shape of an arc, and the entire armchair is placed on a plinth, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the lounge set consists of a shelf equipped with shelves, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the shelf, in a top view, has a shape resembling an isosceles triangle with rounded corners and an arc-shaped base and is composed of three shelves, wherein the middle and upper shelves are supported by three round supports located in the corners of the shelves, and the entire shelf is placed on plinths in the form of plates as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 16,17,18,19. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the lounge set is made up of armchairs and shelves, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the lounge set is made up of three armchairs, between which the shelves are placed, wherein the seat of the middle armchair is supported by a base and has slightly rounded edge lines, and the back wall of the armchair has the shape of a rectangle in the back view, while from the front the backrest of the armchair is made up of a cushion, wherein the cushion has the shape of a rectangle in the front view, and the entire armchair is placed on a plinth, and on both sides of the seat are adjacent to the shelves, which in the top view have shapes resembling isosceles triangles with rounded corners and an arc-shaped base and are made up of three shelves, wherein the middle and upper shelves are supported by three round supports located in the corners of the shelves, and the shelves are placed on plinths in the form of boards, while armchairs are adjacent to these shelves, wherein the seat of one of the armchairs is supported on a base and has slightly rounded edge lines and its outline protrudes beyond the front wall of its base, while the rear wall of the armchair has the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded corners in the rear view, while a side of considerable thickness adjoins one side of the armchair seat, and the outer edges of the lateral plane of the side are higher than the inner edges of the side, and the plane connecting these edges is bent in an arc, and on this side there is an armrest with a shape similar to a flattened ellipse in the side view, wherein the armrest protrudes beyond the outline of the side, and on this armrest there is a thin cushion covering the entire armrest, while from the front side the backrest of the armchair is constituted, wherein this cushion has the form of a rectangle in the front view with an arc-shaped cut-out on the armrest side, while the entire armchair is placed on a plinth, while the second armchair has a seat supported on a base, wherein this seat has slightly rounded edge lines and protrudes with its outline beyond the front wall of its base, while the rear wall of the armchair has the shape of a rectangle in the back view, while to one side of the seat is attached a side which in the side view has the shape similar to the letter "L", the base of which has a height greater than the height of the seat, while on this backrest there is attached an armrest which in the top view resembles a rectangle, one of the longer sides of which is bent in the shape of an arc, while from the front side the backrest of the armchair is constituted by a cushion, wherein this cushion has the form of a rectangle in the front view, and in the side view it resembles the shape of a a flattened ellipse, and the entire armchair is placed on a pedestal, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and in the photograph no. 1.
