Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy tapicerowany, skladajacy sie z sofy narozna, sofy dwuosobowej i fotela. Znana jest z miedzynarodowego zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego nr DM/055403 sofa, która charakteryzuje sie nowym ksztaltem oparc bocznych. Oparcia te sa wykonane w ksztalcie soczewki wypuklej w przekroju, czesciowo zachodzacej na powierzchnie siedziska. Boki mebla sa wyprofilowane ukosnie. Z opisów miedzynarodowych wzorów przemyslowych nr DM/059519 i DM/055172, DM/054614 znane sa meble tapicerowane, które posiadaja prosta konstrukcje oparta na prostopadlosciennych elementach. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac mebla tapicerowanego, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem oparc oraz ksztaltem nogi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia widok fotela z przodu, fig. 2 - widok sofy z przodu, fig.3 - widok sofy naroznej, a fig.4 - jest fotografia wszystkich trzech elementów zestawu w widoku aksonometrycznym. Zestaw sklada sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i sofy naroznej. Zastaw zawiera takze poduszki rozmieszczone dowolnie na jego elementach. Meble zbudowane sa z prostopadlo- sciennych elementów, usytuowanych wzgledem siebie i podloza prostopadle. Oparcia pleców oraz rak sa takiej samej wysokosci. Oparcia w czesci powyzej siedziska sa szersze niz w czesci dolnej i od strony wewnetrznej przykrywaja czesciowo siedzisko. Ponadto, oparcie w czesci ponad siedziskiem w dolnej czesci jest szersze niz w czesci górnej. Nogi mebli sa szerokie i posiadaja ksztalt prostopadloscianów.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - oparcia boczne oraz tylne sa podobna wysokosci. - oparcia w czesci tylnej sa plaskie. - oparcia w czesci powyzej siedziska sa szersze niz w czesci dolnej i od strony wewnetrznej przykrywaja czesciowo siedzisko. - nogi posiadaja ksztalt szerokich prostopadloscianów.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is an upholstered leisure set, consisting of a corner sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair. Upholstered furniture is known from the descriptions of international industrial designs Nos. DM / 059519 and DM / 055172, DM / 054614, which have a simple structure based on rectangular elements. The essence of the pattern is a new form of upholstered furniture, characterized by the shape of a backrest and the shape of a leg. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a front view of the armchair, fig. 2 - a front view of a sofa, fig. 3 - a corner sofa view, and fig. . The set consists of an armchair, a double sofa bed and a corner sofa. The set also includes pillows arranged freely on its elements. The furniture is made of perpendicular elements, positioned perpendicular to each other and the ground. The backrests and the crampons are of the same height. The backrests above the seat are wider than those at the bottom and partially cover the inside of the seat. In addition, the backrest above the seat in the lower section is wider than in the upper section. The legs of the furniture are wide and have a rectangular shape. Important features of the industrial design: - the side and back rests are similar in height. - the backrests are flat. - the backrests in the part above the seat are wider than in the lower part and partially cover the inside of the seat. - the legs have the shape of wide cuboids.
