Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „FRANCO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „FRANCO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku z przodu, przed rozlozeniem, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku z przodu po rozlozeniu, na fig. 3 - fotel w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „FRANCO" sklada sie z dwóch czesci: kanapy rozkladanej i fotela. Czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementykonstrukcyjno-dekoracyjne w postaci szczytów, podlokietników, poduch i dolnych oslon czolowych. Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna o krzywoliniowym przekroju poprzecznym z nózkami i frontowym elementem ozdobnym w postaci powierzchni z wypukloscia w ksztalcie przecinka. Na wewnetrzna i górna powierzchnie szczytu nalozony jest podlokietnik. Poduche stanowia dwie poduszki, poduszka siedziskowa i poduszka oparciowa, które w przypadku kanapy rozkladanej sa wzgledem siebie ruchome, a w przypadku fotela maja wzgledem siebie ustalone polozenie stale. Poduszki oparciowe zestawu maja ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych duzym lukiem górnych rogach, z ozdobnym elementem w jego srodkowej czesci. Poduszki te róznia sie dlugoscia poziomego boku. Poduszka siedziskowa kanapy rozkladanej jest trzyczesciowa, przy czym czesci poduszek siedziskowych kanapy sa nierozdzielne. Poduszka siedziskowa fotela ma postac jednoczesciowej poduszki o ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu. Szczyty, podlokietniki i dolna oslona czolowa korpusu pokryte sa materialem obiciowym o jednolitym tle, natomiast poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym z motywem roslinnym, przy czym tlo obu materialów jest identyczne. Material obiciowy zestawu moze byc jednobarwny, kolorowy lub wzorzysty. Frontowe elementy ozdobne szczytów, ozdobne elementy w srodkowej czesci poduszki oparciowej oraz nózki wszystkich czesci zestawu wykonane sa z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy. The subject of the ornamental design is the "FRANCO" lounge furniture set. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows a three-seater sofa bed in a front view, before unfolding, Fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa bed in a front view after unfolding, Fig. 3 - an armchair in a general view. The "FRANCO" lounge furniture set consists of two parts: a sofa bed and an armchair. The parts of the set have common structural and decorative elements in the form of headboards, armrests, cushions and lower front covers. The headboard consists of a side section with a curvilinear cross-section, legs, and a decorative front element in the form of a comma-shaped convex surface. An armrest is placed on the inner and upper surfaces of the headboard. The cushions consist of two cushions: a seat cushion and a backrest cushion, which are movable relative to each other in the case of the sofa bed, and fixed relative to each other in the case of the armchair. The backrest cushions of the set are rectangular with upper corners rounded by a large arc, with a decorative element in its center. These cushions differ in the length of their horizontal sides. The seat cushion of the sofa bed is three-piece, with the parts of the sofa seat cushions being inseparable. The seat cushion of the armchair is a single-piece cushion with a roughly square shape. The headboards, armrests, and lower front panel of the body are covered with a solid-colored upholstery, while the cushions are covered with a floral-patterned upholstery, with the background of both materials being identical. The set's upholstery can be solid, colored, or patterned. The front decorative elements of the headboards, the decorative elements in the center of the backrest cushion, and the legs of all the set's components are made of stained and varnished lumber.
