Kanapa wypoczynkowa „FRANCO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kanapa wypoczynkowa „FRANCO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape w widoku z boku, na fig. 3 - frontowy element ozdobny szczytu z wypukloscia.Kanapa wypoczynkowa „FRANCO" sklada sie ze szczytów, podlokietników, poduch i dolnych oslon czolowych. Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna o krzywoliniowym przekroju poprzecznym z nózkami i frontowym elementem ozdobnym w postaci powierzchni z wypukloscia w ksztalcie przecinka. Na wewnetrzna i górna powierzchnie szczytu nalozony jest podlokietnik. Poduche stanowia dwie poduszki, poduszka siedziskowa i poduszka oparciowa, które maja wzgledem siebie ustalone polozenie stale. Poduszka oparciowa ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych duzym lukiem górnych rogach, z ozdobnym elementem w jego srodkowej czesci. Poduszke siedziskowa kanapy stanowi nierozdzielna poduszka dwuczesciowa. Szczyty, podlokietniki i dolna oslona czolowa korpusu pokryte sa materialem obiciowym o jednolitym tle, natomiast poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym z motywem roslinnym, przy czym tlo obu materialów jest identyczne. Material obiciowy kanapy moze byc jednobarwny, kolorowy lub wzorzysty. Frontowe elementy ozdobne szczytów, ozdobny element w srodkowej czesci poduszki oparciowej oraz nózki kanapy wykonane sa z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy. Tarcica moze byc z róznego drzewa i dowolnie wybarwiona. PL PL PL"FRANCO" lounge sofa The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from 20 July 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is the "FRANCO" lounge sofa. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows the sofa in a front view, Fig. 2 - the sofa in a side view, Fig. 3 - the front decorative element of the top with a convexity. The "FRANCO" lounge sofa consists of tops, armrests, cushions and lower front covers. The top is a side part with a curvilinear cross-section with legs and a front decorative element in the form of a surface with a comma-shaped convexity. An armrest is placed on the inner and upper surfaces of the headboard. The cushions consist of two cushions: a seat cushion and a backrest cushion, which are fixed in position relative to each other. The backrest cushion is rectangular with rounded upper corners and a decorative element in its center. The seat cushion of the sofa is a two-piece, integral cushion. The headboards, armrests, and lower front panel of the body are covered with a solid-colored upholstery, while the cushions are covered with a floral-patterned upholstery, with the background of both materials being identical. The upholstery can be plain, colored, or patterned. The front decorative elements of the headboards, the decorative element in the center of the backrest cushion, and the legs are made of stained and varnished lumber.
