Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa przeznaczona do siedzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Sofa posiada siedzisko wsparte na cokole, sciane tylna oraz oparcia boczne.Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana sofy ma siedzisko, do którego przylegaja boki oraz tylne oparcie, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze siedzisko sofy wsparte jest na cokole, przy czym siedzisko ma nieznacznie zaokraglone linie brzegowe, a zewnetrzne krawedzie bocznych plaszczyzn boków sa wyzej polozone od krawedzi wewnetrznych boków, zas plaszczyzna laczaca te krawedzie jest lukowo wygieta, a na bokach tych umieszczone sa podlokietniki o ksztalcie zblizonym w widoku z przodu do splaszczonej elipsy, przy czym podlokietniki te wystaja swym obrysem poza obrys boków, natomiast na podlokietnikach tych umieszczone sa cienkie poduszki ulozone ukosnie, zas tylna sciana sofy ma w widoku z tylu oraz z boku ksztalt prostokata o lekko zaokraglonych bokach, natomiast oparcie tylne sofy stanowi poducha ulozona ukosnie, która w widoku frontowym ma postac odwróconego trapezu o lukowych wcieciach w bocznych dolnych narozach, zas sofa wspiera sie na nózkach, przy czym nózki te umieszczone sa na pod bokami sofy jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1,2,3,4 oraz fot.1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which - fig. 1 shows the first variant of the sofa in a front view, - fig. 2 shows the first variant of the sofa in a side view, - fig. 3 shows the first variant of the sofa in a back view, - fig. 4 shows the first variant of the sofa in a top view, - fig. 5 shows the second variant of the sofa in a front view, - fig. 6 shows the second variant of the sofa in a side view, - fig. 7 shows the second variant of the sofa in a back view, - fig. 8 shows the second variant of the sofa in a top view, - fig. 9 shows the third variant of the sofa in a front view, - fig. 10 shows the third variant of the sofa in a side view, - fig. 11 shows the third variant of the sofa in a back view, - fig. 12 shows the third variant of the sofa in a top view, - photo. 1 shows the first variant of the sofa in a front view, - photo. 2 shows the second variant of the sofa in a front view, - photo. 3 shows third type of sofa in front view. The sofa has a seat supported on a plinth, a back wall and side backrests. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first variant of the sofa has a seat to which the sides and the back backrest are adjacent, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the sofa seat is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edge lines, and the outer edges of the side planes of the sides are higher than the edges of the inner sides, while the plane connecting these edges is bent in an arc, and on these sides there are armrests with a shape similar to a flattened ellipse in the front view, wherein these armrests protrude with their outline beyond the outline of the sides, while on these armrests there are thin cushions placed diagonally, and the rear wall of the sofa has in the rear and side view The side has the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded edges, while the backrest of the sofa is a diagonally placed cushion, which in the front view has the form of an inverted trapezoid with arc-shaped indentations in the lower side corners, while the sofa is supported on legs, these legs are placed under the sides of the sofa as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and Photo 1. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the second variant of the sofa has a seat to which the sides and the backrest are adjacent, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edges and is vertically divided into two parts, and the outer edges of the side planes of the sides are higher than the edges of the inner sides, while the plane connecting these edges is bent in an arc, and on these sides there are armrests whose shape in the front view is close to a flattened ellipse, wherein these armrests protrude with their outline beyond the outline of the sides, while on these armrests there are thin cushions placed diagonally, and the rear wall of the sofa has the shape of a rectangle in the back and side view with a slightly rounded edge. rounded sides, while the backrest of the sofa consists of two diagonally arranged cushions, which in the front view have the form of inverted trapezoids with a right angle and a side with an arc-shaped indentation in the lower corner, while the sofa is supported on legs, these legs being placed under the sides of the sofa as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5,6,7,8 and Photo 2. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the third variant of the sofa has a seat to which the sides and the backrest are adjacent, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat has slightly rounded edges and is vertically divided into two parts, and the width of the seats is significantly greater than their depth, while the outer edges of the side planes of the sides are located higher than the edges of the inner sides, and the plane connecting these edges is bent in an arc, and on these sides there are armrests whose shape in a front view is similar to a flattened ellipse, wherein these armrests protrude with their outline beyond the outline of the sides, while on these armrests there are thin cushions arranged diagonally, and the rear wall of the sofa has in a front view at the back and side it has a rectangular shape with slightly rounded sides, while the backrest of the sofa is made of two diagonally arranged cushions, which in the front view have the form of inverted trapezoids with a right angle and a side with an arc-shaped indentation in the lower corner, while the sofa is supported on legs, these legs are placed under the sides of the sofa as shown in the attached drawing fig. 9, 10, 11, 12 and photo 3.
