Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 29.09.2000r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig.1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, Fig.2 fotel w widoku z boku, a Fig.3 fotel w widoku z tylu. Fotel w widoku z przodu ma boki odchylone lukowo na zewnatrz, a ich górne kra- wedzie wznosza sie ku odchylonego oparcia, zas na ich powierzchniach frontowych, wo- kól obrzezy znajduja sie rowki. Na bokach fotela znajduja sie cienkie, wywiniete poduchy. Pomiedzy bokami znajduje sie prostokatna poducha siedzenia oraz poducha oparcia, której zarys zblizony jest do trapezu o górnej krawedzi wypuklej i o bocznych krawedziach wkle- slych.Fotel ma niska, prostokatna podstawe o zarysie bocznym w ksztalcie odwróconej plozy, przy czym tylna czesc podstawy o lukowym zakonczeniu stanowi tylne podparcie fotela, zas z przodu posiada dwie ukosne nózki w ksztalcie zblizonym do stozków scie- tych. The essence of the design is a new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the rear. The front view of the armchair has outward-curving sides, their upper edges rising toward the reclined backrest, and grooves are located on their front surfaces, around the edges. The armchair has thin, rolled-up cushions on the sides. Between the sides is a rectangular seat cushion and a backrest cushion, the outline of which is similar to a trapezoid with a convex upper edge and concave side edges. The armchair has a low, rectangular base with a side outline in the shape of an inverted runner, with the rear part of the base, with an arched end, constituting the rear support of the armchair, while the front has two slanted legs in the shape of truncated cones. Protective claim An armchair, characterized in that the sides of the armchair are tilted outwards and their upper edges rise towards the tilted backrest, and on their front surfaces, around the edges, there are grooves, moreover, on the sides of the armchair there are thin, rolled-up edgings, and between the sides there is a rectangular seat cushion and a backrest cushion, the outline of which is close to a trapezium with a convex upper edge and concave side edges, moreover, the armchair has a low, rectangular base with a side outline in the shape of an inverted runner, wherein the rear part of the base with an arc-shaped ending constitutes the rear support, and in the front it has two oblique legs in the shape close to truncated cones, as shown in the attached photographs: Fig.
