Zesta w wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 26.01.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela oraz sofy dwu- i trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zestawu wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych przejawiajaca sie w ich przestrzennym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - widok boczny zestawu. Zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela oraz sofy dwu- i trzyosobowej, majacych cokoly, siedziska, podlokietniki i oparcia tylne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze obszyte na krawedziach czolowych kiedra, pionowe scianki podlokietników kazdego mebla maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu w czesci górnej zakonczonego wzdluznie usytuowanym walkiem wystajacym do ok. 1/3 swojej srednicy poza zewnetrzna plaszczyzne scianki, przy czym na stronie przeciwleglej do czola tego walka znajduja sie trzy zakladki wykonane z tkaniny górnej czesci podlokietników, schodzace sie do wewnetrznej krawedzi podlokietnika na wysokosci dolnej krawedzi walka. Do czola kazdej scianki podlokietnika przymocowana jest obszyta kiedra szatoza tak, ze jej zewnetrzna krawedz w dolnej czesci pokrywa sie z zewnetrzna krawedzia tej scianki, a wystajaca spod niej, widoczna czesc prawej scianki podlokietnika ma ksztalt litery „P"utworzonej z marginesu o szerokosci w przyblizeniu równej szerokosci cokolu, zas widoczna czesc lewej scianki ma ksztalt lustrzanego odbicia tej litery. Obszyte na krawedziach kiedra, odejmowalne, dwustronne poduchy siedzisk maja ksztalt plaskich prostopadloscianów z wszytym bodnem, zas obszyte na krawedziach kiedra, kopertowe poduchy oparc maja ksztalt trapezu zwróconego wieksza podstawa do góry, przy czym ich boczne, skosne krawedzie zewnetrzne górna czescia zachodza nieznacznie na podlokietniki, a górna ich krawedz wystaje ponad oparcie tylne. Czolowa plaszczyzna waskiego cokolu lezy w czolowej plaszczyznie scianek podlokietników oraz poduch siedzisk i tworzy wokól nich margines dolny. W zestawie fotel ma jedna prostopadloscienna poduche siedziska oraz jedna kopertowa poduche oparcia z obustronnym wysunieciem zachodzacym na podlokietnik, zas sofa dwu- i trzyosobowa - po dwie poduchy siedziska i po dwie poduchy oparci oraz dodatkowo po dwie poduszki kopertowe, przy czym stykajace sie krawedzie boczne poduch oparcia sa prostopadle do podstawy trapezu. Do cokolu kazdego mebla, na calym obwodzie, przymocowana jest firanka, wystajaca nieznacznie poza czolowa plaszczyzna scianek podlokietników, majaca wstawki na rogach mebla i na przedluzeniu linii styku poduch siedziska oraz dlugosc taka iz zaslania nózki mebla, przy czym miejsce przymocowania firanki do cokolu obszyte jest kiedra, jak uwidoczniono na fig.1,2 materialu ilustracyjnego. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a two- and three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the upholstered lounge furniture set, manifested in its spatial shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in perspective, and Fig. 2 - a side view of the set. A set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a two- and three-seater sofa, with plinths, seats, armrests and backrests, according to an industrial design, is characterized in that the vertical walls of the armrests of each piece of furniture, upholstered on the front edges of the armrests, have a cuboid shape in the upper part, ending with a longitudinally arranged cylinder protruding about 1/3 of its diameter beyond the outer surface of the wall, while on the side opposite the front of this cylinder there are three pleats made of the fabric of the upper part of the armrests, coming together to the inner edge of the armrest at the height of the lower edge of the cylinder. A sheathed chest of drawers is attached to the front of each armrest wall so that its outer edge in the lower part coincides with the outer edge of that wall, and the visible part of the right armrest wall protruding from under it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin with a width approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while the visible part of the left wall has the shape of a mirror image of that letter. The edge-stitched, removable, double-sided seat cushions are shaped like flat cuboids with a sewn-in back. The edge-stitched, envelope-shaped back cushions are shaped like a trapezoid with the larger base facing upward. Their lateral, sloping outer edges slightly overlap the armrests with their upper part, and their upper edge protrudes above the backrest. The frontal plane of the narrow plinth aligns with the frontal plane of the armrest walls and seat cushions, forming a bottom margin around them. The armchair set includes one rectangular seat cushion and one envelope-shaped backrest cushion with a double-sided extension that overlaps the armrest. The two- and three-seater sofas each include two seat cushions, two backrest cushions, and an additional two envelope-shaped cushions, with the adjoining side edges of the backrest cushions perpendicular to the trapezoid base. A curtain is attached to the plinth of each piece, extending slightly beyond the frontal plane of the armrest walls, with inserts at the corners of the piece and along the extension of the seat cushion contact line, and long enough to cover the legs of the furniture. The point where the curtain attaches to the plinth is trimmed with a quilt, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2 of the illustrative material. Protective claim A set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a two- and three-seater sofa, with plinths, seats, armrests and backrests, according to an industrial design, characterized in that the vertical walls of the armrests of each piece of furniture, upholstered on the front edges of the armrests, have a cuboid shape in the upper part, ending with a longitudinally arranged cylinder protruding to about 1/3 of its diameter beyond the outer surface of the wall, wherein on the side opposite the front of this cylinder there are three pleats made of the fabric of the upper part of the armrests, coming together to the inner edge of the armrest at the height of the lower edge of the cylinder, and the upholstered chestnut is attached to the front of each armrest wall so that its outer edge in the lower part coincides with the outer edge of this wall, and the visible part of the right armrest wall protruding from under it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin with a width approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while the visible part of the left wall has the shape of a mirror image of this letter, and that the removable, double-sided seat cushions, trimmed on the edges, have the shape of flat cuboids with a sewn-in back, while the envelope-shaped backrest cushions, trimmed on the edges, have the shape of a trapezoid with the larger base upwards, and their lateral, sloping outer edges slightly overlap the armrests with their upper part, and their upper edge protrudes above the backrest, moreover, the frontal plane of the narrow plinth lies in the frontal plane of the armrest walls and seat cushions and forms a bottom margin around them, wherein the armchair set has one cuboidal seat cushion and one envelope backrest cushion with a double-sided extension overlapping the armrest, while the two- and three-seater sofas have two seat cushions and two backrest cushions each, in which the touching inner side edges are perpendicular to the trapezoid base, and additionally two envelope cushions, wherein a curtain is attached to the plinth of each piece of furniture, along its entire perimeter, having inserts on the corners of the furniture and on the extension of the line of contact of the seat cushions, and of such length that it covers the legs of the furniture, and the place where the curtain is attached to the plinth is trimmed with a edging, as shown in Fig. 1, 2 of the illustrative material.
