Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych zawierajacy fotel jednoosobowy i kilkuosobowa sofe, stanowiace odmiane mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu elementów skladowych zestawu urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach fotela i sofy, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie ozdobnych szwów i w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych w obu odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig.l-Fig.5C uwidoczniono poszczególne odmiany fotela i sofy, przy czym na arkuszu zbiorowym: na Fig.l - pokazano zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa dwuosobowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, stanowiacy pierwsza odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, na Fig.2 zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa z trzyosobowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, stanowiacy druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego a na uzupelniajacych arkusz zbiorowy pozostalych arkuszach rysunku pokazano: - na Fig. 3A widok fotela z boku z fragmentami konstrukcji widocznymi w wycieciach po usunieciu drugiego boku dla pokazania bocznego zarysu konstrukcji siedziska zespolonej z konstrukcja oparcia i poduszki siedziska, na Fig.3B ten fotel w widoku z przodu, na Fig.3C w widoku z góry, a na Fig. 3D widok aksonometryczny pojedynczej poduszki oparcia fotela i sofy, które sa wszystkie takie same, - na Fig.4A-Fig.4C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z dwoma miejscami, a - na Fig.5A-5C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z trzema miejscami siedzacymi.Znane zestawy wypoczynkowe zawieraja fotel i sofe, przy czym zarówno fotel jak i sofa skladaja sie z konstrukcji nosnej z nogami, boków, siedziska z oparciem i ewentualnie dodatkowych poduszek na oparciu i na siedzisku, z róznego rodzaju obiciem i ozdobnymi przeszyciami widocznymi na zewnatrz materialu obiciowego pokrywajacego poszczególne elementy. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z fotela jednoosobowego i kilkuosobowej sofy w zaleznosci od odmiany zestawu. Fotel jak i sofa ma boki z nogami, konstrukcje nosna siedziska z oparciem, i dodatkowe poduszki na oparciu i siedzisku jak pokazano na Fig. 1- Fig.5C. Nadto dla kazdego miejsca do siedzenia fotel i sofa powyzej górnej plaszczyzny wienczacej oparcie ma usytuowany ksztaltowy podglówek w ksztalcie walca, wsparty na wystajacych z oparcia dwóch ozdobnych chromowanych cylindrycznych elementach wsporczych rozstawionych symetrycznie, przy czym kazdy podglówek wokól pobocznicy na skrajach swej szerokosci przy linii obu podstaw swego profilu ma obwodowe ozdobne szwy, jak pokazano na Fig. 1- Fig. 5C. Szerokosc pozioma poduszki oparcia i poduszki siedziska jest jednakowa, jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. W pierwszej odmianie zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zestaw zawiera fotel jednoosobowy i sofe dwuosobowa z dwiema poduszkami na siedzisku i dwiema poduszkami na oparciu oraz z dwoma podglówkami jak pokazano na Fig. 1. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1-Fig. 5C show individual variants of the armchair and sofa, wherein the collective sheet: Fig. 1 shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa in an axonometric front view, constituting the first variant of the industrial design, Fig. 2 shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa in an axonometric front view, constituting the second variant of the industrial design, and the remaining drawing sheets supplementing the collective sheet show: - Fig. 3A shows a side view of the armchair with fragments of the structure visible in cutouts after removing the second side to show the side outline of the seat structure combined with the backrest structure and the seat cushion, Fig. 3B shows this armchair in a front view, Fig. 3C shows a top view, and Fig. 3D shows an axonometric view of a single backrest cushion of the armchair and sofa, which are all the same same, - Fig. 4A-Fig. 4C shows a two-seater sofa in identical views, and - Fig. 5A-5C shows a three-seater sofa in identical views. Known lounge sets include an armchair and a sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa consist of a supporting structure with legs, sides, a seat with a backrest, and optionally additional cushions on the backrest and on the seat, with various types of upholstery and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. An industrial-design lounge set consists of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, depending on the type of set. Both the armchair and the sofa have sides with legs, a supporting structure for the seat with a backrest, and additional cushions on the backrest and seat, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 5C. In all variants of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, each armchair and each sofa have the same outline in a side view, wherein the sides of the armchair and each sofa are cuboids with a clearly visible radial outline of the profile of all corners from the side, with decorative seams all around the perimeter along the width edges of their narrow sides, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5C. The seat of the armchair and, respectively, of each sofa, situated between these sides, comprises a seat structure simultaneously assembled with the backrest structure, and also has a shape constituting a fragment of a cuboid identical in its side outline to the sides, with a front upper angular cutout with a horizontal upper plane, for the seat cushion, reaching its backrest wall, for the backrest cushion, so that on each side the outer line of the side outline of the seat coincides with the line of the side outline of the side, simultaneously the seat has circumferential edges joined to the sides from their inner sides along the line of mutual abutment by seams belonging to the sides, and decorative vertical seams visible from the front delimiting the seating places, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5C. At the same time, the armchair and the sofa at each seating place have a cushion lying on the seat below the upper planes of the sides which also function as armrests, each cushion in the shape of a horizontally lying cuboid with a lateral outline with radially rounded corners, with a semicircularly rounded front visibly protruding slightly beyond the front line of the sides and the seat, each seat cushion having circumferential decorative seams visible at the edges of its width as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 3A-5C. On the backrest of each seat, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3A-Fig. 5C, the armchair and sofa have a cushion lying with an oblique backward inclination, adjacent to the backrest across its entire width on the seat cushion, having the outline of a solid with a lateral profile with a semicircular top, widening in a wedge-like manner to the narrow lower base of this profile, with decorative seams around the perimeter of its width edges. In addition, for each seat, the armchair and sofa have a shaped headrest in the shape of a cylinder situated above the upper surface of the backrest, supported by two decorative chrome-plated cylindrical support elements projecting from the backrest and spaced symmetrically, wherein each headrest has perimeter decorative seams around the side at the edges of its width at the line of both bases of its profile, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 5C. The horizontal width of the backrest cushion and the seat cushion is the same, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In the first variant of the industrial design lounge furniture set, the set comprises a one-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa with two seat cushions and two backrest cushions, as shown in Fig. 1. In the second variant of the industrial design lounge furniture set, the set comprises a one-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa with three seat cushions and three backrest cushions, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design A set of industrial design lounge furniture, consisting of a one-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, in which both the armchair and the sofa have sides with legs, a supporting structure of the seat with a backrest, and additional cushions on the backrest and the seat, as shown in Fig. 1- Fig. 5C, is characterized in that: - each armchair and each sofa have, in a side view, the same outline, wherein the sides of the armchair and each sofa are cuboids with a clearly visible radial outline of the profile of all corners from the side, with decorative seams along the entire circumference along the width edges of its narrow sides, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5C - the seat of the armchair and, respectively, of each sofa, situated between these sides, comprises a seat structure simultaneously joined with the backrest structure, and also has a shape constituting a fragment of a cuboid identical in its lateral outline to the sides, with a front upper angular cutout with a horizontal upper plane, for the seat cushion, reaching its backrest wall, for the backrest cushion, so that on each side the outer line of the lateral outline of the seat coincides with the line of the lateral outline of the side, at the same time the seat has circumferential edges joined with the sides from their inner sides along the line of mutual abutment seams belonging to the sides, and decorative vertical seams visible from the front delimiting the seating positions, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5C, - at the same time, the armchair and the sofa have at each seating position a cushion lying on the seat below the upper planes of the sides which also function as armrests, each in the shape of a horizontally lying cuboid with a lateral outline with radially rounded corners at the front, with a semicircularly rounded front visibly protruding slightly beyond the front line of the sides and the seat, each seat cushion having visible circumferential decorative seams at the edges of its width as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 A- 5C. - on the backrest of each seating position as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 A Fig. 5C, the armchair and the sofa have a cushion lying with an oblique backward inclination, adjacent to the backrest over its entire width on the seat cushion, having the outline of a solid with a side profile with a semicircular top finial widening in a wedge-like manner to a narrow lower base of this profile, with decorative seams on the perimeter of the edges of its width, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 A- 5C. - in addition, for each seating position, the armchair and sofa have a cylindrical headrest located above the upper surface of the backrest, supported by two decorative chrome cylindrical support elements protruding from the backrest and spaced symmetrically, wherein each headrest has circumferential decorative stitching around the side at the edges of its width at the line of both bases of its profile, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 5C. - the seat reaches approximately to half the height of the sides, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2-Fig. 5C - the horizontal width of the backrest cushion and the seat cushion is the same as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 5C. - in the first version of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the set includes a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa with two seat cushions, two backrest cushions and two headrests as shown in Fig. 1 - in the second version of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the set includes a single-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa with three seat cushions, three backrest cushions and three headrests as shown in Fig. 2 Ryszard Włodarczyk, Swarzedz-Jasin Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3A Fig. 3B Fig. 3C Fig. 3D Fig. 4A Fig. 4B Fig. 4C Fig. 5A Fig. 5B Fig. 5C PL PL
