The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of a single armchair and a sofa for several people, which are a variety of leisure furniture intended for both living rooms and representative office rooms, high standard waiting room equipment, etc.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu elementów skladowych zestawu urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach fotela i sofy, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie ozdobnych szwów i w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych w obu odmianach. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the subject of the set's components, realized in the presented varieties of the armchair and sofa, manifested in the arrangement of decorative seams and in the shape of individual components in both varieties.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig.l-Fig.5C uwidoczniono poszczególne odmiany fotela i sofy, przy czym na arkuszu zbiorowym: na Fig.l - pokazano zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa dwuosobowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, stanowiacy pierwsza odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, na Fig.2 zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa z trzyosobowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, stanowiacy druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego a na uzupelniajacych arkusz zbiorowy pozostalych arkuszach rysunku pokazano: - na Fig. 3A widok fotela z boku z fragmentami konstrukcji widocznymi w wycieciach po usunieciu drugiego boku dla pokazania bocznego zarysu konstrukcji siedziska zespolonej z konstrukcja oparcia i poduszki siedziska, na Fig.3B ten fotel w widoku z przodu, na Fig.3C w widoku z góry, a na Fig. 3D widok aksonometryczny pojedynczej poduszki oparcia fotela i sofy, które sa wszystkie takie same, - na Fig.4A-Fig.4C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z dwoma miejscami, a - na Fig.5A-5C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z trzema miejscami siedzacymi.Znane zestawy wypoczynkowe zawieraja fotel i sofe, przy czym zarówno fotel jak i sofa skladaja sie z konstrukcji nosnej z nogami, boków, siedziska z oparciem i ewentualnie dodatkowych poduszek na oparciu i na siedzisku, z róznego rodzaju obiciem i ozdobnymi przeszyciami widocznymi na zewnatrz materialu obiciowego pokrywajacego poszczególne elementy. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Figures 1-Figure 5C show individual types of armchair and sofa, while the collective sheet: Figure 1 - shows a set with a single armchair and a two-seater sofa in front axonometric view 2, constituting the first variation of the industrial design, in Fig. 2 a set with a one-seater armchair and a sofa with a three-seater in axonometric view from the front, constituting the second variation of the industrial design, and on the complementary sheet of the remaining drawing sheets are shown: - in Fig. parts of the structure visible in the cut-outs after removing the second side to show a side outline of the seat structure combined with the backrest and seat cushion structure, in Fig.3B this seat in a front view, in Fig.3C in top view, and in Fig. 3D an axonometric view a single cushion for the backrest of the armchair and the sofa, which are all the same, - in Figs. 4A-Fig. 4C the identical views are shown in a two-seater sofa, and the three-seater sofas are shown in identical views in Figs. 5A-5C.
