Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych zawierajacy fotel jednoosobowy i kilkuosobowa sofe, stanowiace odmiane mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac elementów skladowych zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych i w ukladzie ozdobnych szwów. The subject of the industrial design is a lounge furniture set comprising a single armchair and a multi-seater sofa, constituting a variety of lounge furniture intended for both living spaces and representative office spaces, high-standard waiting room furnishings, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the set's components, manifested in the shape of the individual components and the arrangement of decorative seams. Known lounge suites include an armchair and a sofa, with both the armchair and the sofa consisting of a supporting structure with legs, sides, a seat with a backrest, and optionally cushions on the backrest and seat, with various types of upholstery and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. The set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design consists of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa have sides with legs, a supporting structure, a seat, a backrest and cushions on the seat and backrest as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 12. In the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the sides of the armchair and the sofa in an external side view have a rectangular outline, in a front view they have the same approximately trapezoidal general outline of the profile with a shapely, upwardly convex arc top line of this outline descending radially to the side lines of this profile, from which the inner side line of this profile descends in a gently convex arc inwards to the bottom edge at the leg, as shown in Fig. 1-12. At the same time, in the external view from the back, the armchair and the sofa have a general rectangular outline with the upholstery surface covering the surfaces of the backrest and sides together, while the upper surfaces of the solid of the backrest and sides in the top view form a C-shaped outline with essentially straight angles and radial outer corners of this outline, from the vertices of which a decorative joining seam is run diagonally and then runs down from the seat, wherein the wall with the common outer surface of the backrest and sides is vertical, while the inner wall of the backrest from the side of the backrest cushion is slightly diagonally descending to the seat as shown in Fig. 1-12. The armchair and sofa have cuboid back cushions, wherein the cuboid back cushion of the armchair has both sides concave respectively to the profiles of the inner side of the sides, while the cuboid back cushions of the sofa have only the extreme corners of the front profiles also concave in an arc corresponding to the profile of the inner side of the sofa sides, wherein the back cushions of the sofa and armchair are slightly inclined upwards and backwards on the seat and project approximately half the height above the sides and backrest, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The seat of the armchair and sofa has a front profile outline in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with the upper surface as the larger base, and likewise the seat cushions of the armchair and sofa have a trapezoidal front profile like the seat but slightly lower, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The outer upholstery of the side of the armchair and sofa has a cut defined by decorative stitching running along the lines of the outer contours of the rear and front profiles of both sides, then by circumferential stitching in the horizontal planes of the upper and lower planes around the body of the seat cushions, and by circumferential stitching around the planes of the front and rear bodies of the backrest cushions, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The legs of the armchair and sofa are located at their front and rear ends and have the outline of a non-equal-sided angle section with a longer front section the width of the side profile of the armchair and sofa and a shorter side section, and a substantially rectangular cross-section, as shown in Fig. 1-12. Individual variations of the set differ from each other in additional elements, such as attachment of the legs to the underside of the sides or to a structural frame under the entire lower surface of a given piece of furniture of the set, and also lip-like recesses on the sides of the furniture and the back of the backrest, as shown in Fig. 1-12. In the first variation of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Figs. 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c, both the armchair and the sofa have uniform outer surfaces of the sides and the back of the backrest and the legs are visibly attached to the underside of the sides. In the second version of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, both the armchair and the sofa have a structural frame visible along the entire circumference under their entire lower surface, to which the legs are attached, covered with upholstery material. In the third variant of the industrial design set, shown in Fig. 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, the outer side line of the side profile descends approximately vertically to a narrow horizontally situated lip-shaped recess, made to a depth of about half the width of the side at the height of the upper surface of the seat and over the entire outer width of each side and similarly at the back of the backrest, and below this lip-shaped recess the line of the front and rear side profile descends gently in an arc to the edge of the bottom of the side at the edge of the leg, wherein the outermost decorative seams of the rear and front profiles of both sides run through the profiles of the decorative lip-shaped horizontal recesses of the upholstery on these sides of the armchair and sofa, respectively, wherein the legs are attached directly to the bottom of the sides. In the fourth variant of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, 4a, 4b, 4c, the outer side line of the side profile descends approximately vertically to a narrow, horizontally situated lip-shaped recess, made to a depth of about half the width of the side at the height of the upper surface of the seat and over the entire outer width of each side and similarly at the back of the backrest, and below this lip-shaped recess, the line of the front and rear side profiles descends gently in an arc to the edge of the bottom of the side at the edge of the leg, wherein the outermost decorative seams of the rear and front profiles of both sides run through the profiles of the decorative lip-shaped horizontal recesses of the upholstery on these sides of the armchair and the sofa, respectively, wherein both the armchair and the sofa have, under their entire lower surface, a structural frame visible along its entire circumference, to which the legs are attached, covered with upholstery material. Essential features of the industrial design A set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design consisting of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, wherein the armchair and the sofa have sides with legs, a supporting structure, a seat, a backrest and cushions on the seat and backrest as shown in Fig. 1- Fig. 12 is characterized in that: - the sides of the armchair and the sofa in an external side view have a rectangular outline, in a front view the same, approximately trapezoidal, general outline of the profile with a shape of an upwardly convex arc the upper line of this outline descending radially to the side lines of this profile, from which the inner side line of this profile descends in a gently convex arc inwards to the bottom edge at the leg, as shown in Fig. 1-12, - in an external rear view the armchair and the sofa have a general rectangular outline with the upholstery surface covering the backrest and the backrest surfaces together sides, while the upper surfaces of the backrest and sides in a top view form a C-shaped outline with essentially straight angles and radial outer corners of this outline, from the vertices of which a decorative connecting seam is run diagonally and then runs down from the seat, wherein the common wall of the outer surface of the backrest and sides is vertical, while the inner wall of the backrest from the backrest cushion side is slightly diagonally descending to the seat as shown in Fig. 1-12. - armchairs and sofas have cuboid backrest cushions, wherein the cuboid backrest cushion of the armchair has both sides correspondingly concave to the profiles of the inner side of the sides, while the cuboid backrest cushions of the sofa have only the extreme corners of the front profiles also concave in an arc corresponding to the profile of the inner side of the sofa sides, wherein the backrest cushions of the sofa and armchair are slightly inclined upwards and backwards on the seat and protrude approximately half the height above the sides and backrest, as shown in Fig. 1-12. - the seat of the armchair and sofa has a front profile outline in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with the upper surface as the larger base, similarly the seat cushions of the armchair and sofa have a front trapezoidal profile like the seat, but slightly lower, as shown in Fig. 1-12. - the outer upholstery of the side of the armchair and sofa has a cut defined by decorative seams running along the lines of the outer contours of the rear and front profiles of both sides, then by circumferential seams in the horizontal planes of the upper and lower planes around the body of the seat cushions, and circumferential seams around the front and rear planes of the body of the backrest cushions, as shown in Fig. 1-12. - the legs of the armchair and the sofa are situated at their front and rear ends and have the outline of a non-equal-sided angle with a longer front section having the width of the side profile of the armchair and the sofa and a shorter side section, and a substantially rectangular cross-section, as shown in Fig. 1-12, wherein at the same time: - in the first variant of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 11-1a, 1b, 1cc, both the armchair and the sofa have the outer upholstery of the sides and the back of the backrest uniform and the legs visibly attached to the bottom of the sides, - in the second variant of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, both the armchair and the sofa have the outer upholstery of the sides and the back of the backrest uniform, while the armchair and the sofa have a structural frame visible along its entire lower surface, to which the legs are attached, covered with material upholstery. - in the third variant of the set according to the industrial pattern, shown in Fig. 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, the outer side line of the side profile descends approximately vertically to a narrow horizontally situated lip-shaped recess, made to a depth of approximately half the width of the side at the height of the upper surface of the seat and over the entire outer width of each side and similarly at the back of the backrest, while below this lip-shaped recess the line of the front and rear side profile descends gently in an arc to the edge of the bottom of the side at the edge of the leg, wherein the outermost decorative seams of the rear and front profiles of both sides run through the profiles of the decorative lip-shaped horizontal recesses of the upholstery on these sides of the armchair and sofa, respectively, wherein the legs are attached directly to the bottom of the sides. - in the fourth variant of the set according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, 4a, 4b, 4c, the outer side line of the side profile descends approximately vertically to a narrow horizontally situated lip-shaped recess, made to a depth of approximately half the width of the side at the height of the upper surface of the seat and over the entire outer width of each side and similarly at the back of the backrest, and below this lip-shaped recess the line of the front and rear side profile descends gently in an arc to the edge of the bottom of the side at the edge of the leg, wherein the outermost decorative seams of the rear and front profiles of both sides run through the profiles of the decorative lip-shaped horizontal recesses of the upholstery on these sides of the armchair and the sofa, respectively, wherein both the armchair and the sofa have, under their entire lower surface, a structural frame visible along the entire circumference, to which the legs are attached, covered with upholstery material.
