Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych, skladajacy sie z trzyosobowej sofy, dwuosobowej sofy i fotela. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie oraz ukladzie linii elementów wykonczenia tapicerskiego, jak równiez w ksztal- cie i ukladzie linii ozdobnych elementów drewnianych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunku, przy czym fotografia - fig. 1 przedstawia komplet w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - trzy- osobowa sofe w widoku czolowym, fig.3 - dwuosobowa sofe w widoku czolowymi fig.4 - fotel - równiez w widoku czolowym. Jak przedstawiono na fotografii i rysunku fig. 1-4, meble tapicerowane wchodzace w sklad kompletu wypoczynkowego wedlug wzoru posiadaja plaskie siedziska o ksztalcie prostokata oraz profilowane oparcia i podlokietniki, przy czym czolowe powierzchnie siedzisk i podlokietników wszystkich mebli ozdobione sa profilowanymi elementami drewnianymi. Oparcia mebli wchodzacych w sklad zes- tawu posiadaja ksztalt trapezu, przy czym wszystkie oparcia posiadaja przeszycia przebiegajace, w srodkowej czesci, poziomo i owalnie w poprzek oparc, natomiast górne zwienczenia oparc zakonczone sa owalem. Ponadto, poszczególne jednostko- we oparcia trzyosobowej sofy i dwuosobowej sofy oddzielone sa wzajemnie od sie- bie ozdobnym, pionowo usytuowanym pasem tkaniny o ksztalcie w widoku czolo- wym, trapezu, którego wieksza, dolna podstawa usytuowana jest w jedne j linii z poziomymi przeszyciami oparc. Podlokietniki wszystkich mebli wchodzacych w sklad kompletu wedlug wzoru zaopatrzone sa, w górnej czesci, w wykladane na zewnatrz, ozdobne poduchy, których zewnetrzne, luzno przewieszone czesci maja, w widoku z góry, ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trójkata. Profilowane elementy drew- niane zdobiace czolowe powierzchnie wszystkich mebli stanowia drewniane nogi wyprofilowane w ksztalcie litery S lub jej, odpowiednio, lustrzanego odbicia. Ksztalt profilowanych nóg uwypuklony jest, dodatkowo, ozdobnymi wyfrezowania- mi posiadajacymi, równiez, ksztalt litery S lub je j lustrzanego odbicia. Ozdobne, drewniane nogi kazdego mebla wchodzacego w sklad kompletu polaczone sa,w dol- nej czesci, poziomo usytuowana listwa drewniana zaopatrzona w ozdobne wyfrezo- wania, przebiegajace wzdluznie przez cala dlugosc listwy. Ponadto, górne czesci dolnych, pionowych scianek siedzisk zaopatrzone sa w ozdobne przeszycia o ksztal-cie poziomo usytuowanej litery C, od których, w kierunku ku dolowi, przebiegaja ozdobne, pionowe zmarszczenia. Zarówno trzyosobowa sofa, ja k równiez dwuosobowa sofa sa rozkla- dane. PL PL PLLounge Furniture Set The right to register an ornamental design is valid from < ^ March 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of lounge furniture, consisting of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and line arrangement of the upholstery elements, as well as in the shape and line arrangement of the decorative wooden elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, wherein the photograph - Fig. 1 - shows a general view of the set, Fig. 2 - a frontal view of the three-seater sofa, Fig. 3 - a frontal view of the two-seater sofa, and Fig. 4 - an armchair - also in a frontal view. As shown in the photograph and drawings in Figs. 1-4, the upholstered furniture included in the lounge suite, as shown in the pattern, features flat, rectangular seats and contoured backrests and armrests, with the front surfaces of the seats and armrests of all pieces adorned with contoured wooden elements. The backrests of the furniture included in the set are trapezoidal, with stitching running horizontally and ovally across the backrests in the center, while the tops of the backrests are finished with ovals. Furthermore, the individual backrests of the three-seater and two-seater sofas are separated from each other by a decorative, vertical strip of fabric, shaped like a trapezoid in the frontal view, the larger, lower base of which is aligned with the horizontal stitching of the backrests. The armrests of all the furniture pieces in the set, as per the pattern, are equipped with decorative cushions on the upper part, whose outer, loosely hanging parts, when viewed from above, have a shape similar to a triangle. The profiled wooden elements adorning the front surfaces of all the pieces are wooden legs, shaped in the shape of the letter S or its mirror image, respectively. The shape of the profiled legs is additionally emphasized by decorative millings, also shaped like the letter S or its mirror image. The decorative wooden legs of each piece in the set are connected at the bottom by a horizontal wooden strip with decorative millings running longitudinally along the strip's entire length. In addition, the upper sections of the lower, vertical seat walls feature decorative stitching in the shape of a horizontally arranged letter C, from which decorative vertical pleats run downward.
