Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie oraz wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych foto- grafiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia caly zestaw wypoczynkowy w widoku perspektywicznym skladajacy sie z kanapy, sofy oraz fotela, fig. 2 - widok kanapy w rozlozeniu i fig. 3 - widok sofy w rozlozeniu. Zestaw wypoczynkowy zlozony z kanapy, sofy i fotela w calosci tapicerowany ma nieruchome tylne miekkie oparcia polaczone nierozlacznie z miekkimi bokami. Boki kazdego mebla odchylone na zewnatrz posiadaja podlokietniki, które ukosnie w góre lacza sie z odchylonym na zewnatrz tylnym oparciem, przy czym obicia tapicerskie kazdego mebla sa jasne i ciemne. Boki kazdego mebla sa od wewnatrz i na zewnatrz tapicerowane ciemna tkanina, a polaczenia naroznikowe z tylnym oparciem maja jasnatapicerke. Górne czesci tylnych oparc maja ksztalt zblizony do odwróconych trapezów o ciemnym obiciu tapicerskim, a dolne czesci maja jasne obicia tapicerskie. Dolne jasne oparcie kanapy podzielone jest pionowymi ciemnymi wypustkami na dwa poziome prostokaty, sofy na jeden poziomy prostokat, a fotela na jeden pionowy prostokat. Siedziska kazdego mebla posadowione na skrzyniach posiadajacych ciemne obicia tapicerskie maja z przodu jasne, a z góry ciemne obicia tapicerskie, które w kanapie sa podzielone jasnymi wypustkami na trzy czesci, a w sofie na dwie czesci. Zestaw wypoczynkowy posiada oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. PL PL PL17/07/1999 The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 17/07/1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a lounge suite. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the item manifested in the shape, layout, and upholstery finish. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the entire lounge suite in a perspective view, consisting of a couch, a sofa, and an armchair; Fig. 2 shows the unfolded sofa; and Fig. 3 shows the unfolded sofa. The lounge suite, consisting of a couch, a sofa, and an armchair, is fully upholstered and has fixed, soft backrests inextricably connected to soft sides. The outward-sloping sides of each piece feature armrests that diagonally connect to the outward-sloping rear backrest, with upholstery in light and dark tones. The sides of each piece are upholstered with dark fabric inside and out, and the corner connections with the rear backrest feature light upholstery. The upper sections of the rear backrests are shaped like inverted trapezoids with dark upholstery, while the lower sections feature light upholstery. The lower light backrest of the sofa is divided into two horizontal rectangles by vertical dark insets, the sofa into one horizontal rectangle, and the armchair into one vertical rectangle. The seats of each piece, set on chests with dark upholstery, feature light upholstery at the front and dark upholstery at the top. The upholstery is divided into three sections by light insets in the sofa and into two sections in the couch. The lounge suite has an original and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
