KRZESLO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo przeznaczone do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac krzesla przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, oryginalnym dekorze, nadajacych krzesle oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których Fig.l przedstawia schematyczny rysunek krzesla w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie krzesla w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie krzesla w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia fotografie krzesla w widoku z przodu. Krzeslo Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 sklada sie z drewnianego szkieletu, siedziska i oparcia. Szkielet krzesla stanowia dwie proste nogi przednie, dwie lukowate nogi tylne jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. Nogi polaczone sa ze soba laczynami przednia, tylna i bocznymi. Nogi tylne polaczone sa dodatkowo laczyna górna. Siedzisko krzesla ma kilka centymetrów wysokosci i obciagniete jest tkanina tapicerska. Siedzisko krzesla przymocowane jest do nóg i laczyn krzesla. Siedzisko krzesla jest zbiezne ku oparciu jak przedstawiono na Fig. 4. Oparcie krzesla ma kilka centymetrów grubosci i obciagniete jest tkanina tapicerska. Oparcie krzesla zamocowane jest pomiedzy nogami tylnymi i laczynami. Oparcie krzesla jest zbiezne ku górze jak przedstawiono na Fig.5. Grubosc laczyn znajdujacych sie pod siedziskiem krzesla jest mniejsza od grubosci nóg w zwiazku, z czym nogi przestaja poza obrys laczyn. Przednienogi krzesla sa sciete od strony wewnetrznej do wysokosci okolo 1/3 liczac od podloza. Widoczne zewnetrzne krawedzie nóg i laczyny górnej sazaoblone. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chair, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and original decor, giving the chair an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of the chair in a perspective view, Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the chair in a side view, Fig. 3 presents a photograph of the chair in a top view, and Fig. 4 presents photographs of the chair in a front view. The chair Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 consists of a wooden frame, seat, and backrest. The chair's frame consists of two straight front legs and two arched rear legs, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The legs are connected by front, rear, and side connectors. The rear legs are additionally connected by an upper connector. The chair seat is a few centimeters high and covered with upholstery fabric. The chair seat is attached to the chair legs and connectors. The chair seat converges toward the backrest, as shown in Fig. 4. The chair backrest is a few centimeters thick and covered with upholstery fabric. The chair backrest is attached between the rear legs and the connectors. The chair backrest converges upward, as shown in Fig. 5. The thickness of the connectors located under the chair seat is smaller than the thickness of the legs, causing the legs to extend beyond the outline of the connectors. The front legs of the chair are beveled on the inside to a height of approximately 1/3 from the ground. The visible outer edges of the legs and the top joint are rounded.
