Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw tapicerowanych mebli do siedzenia skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy i kanapy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac tapicerowanych mebli do siedzenia, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii, nadajacym wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotografie fotela, fig 2 jego widok zgóry, fig. 3 widok z przodu, natomiast fig. 4 jest widokiem z boku kazdego z elementów zestawu, poza tym fig. 5 przedstawia fotografie sofy, fig 6 jej widok z przodu, natomiast fig. 7 przedstawia jej widok z przodu. Elementy zestawu wedlug wzoru maja konstrukcje nosna skladajaca sie z przednich nóg zewnetrznych, przylegajacych do boków czesci tapicerowanych oraz tylnych nóg wewnetrznych. Nogi zewnetrzne oraz laczace je poprzeczka, przylegajaca do spodu siedziska i poprzeczka górna przebiegajaca za oparciami sa rurami. Miedzy nogami zewnetrznymi biegna nogi wewnetrzne majace postac rur, których górne konce dochodza do powierzchni tylnej poprzeczki. W widokach z boków nogi zewnetrzne i nogi wewnetrzne sa wygiete po promieniach, przy czym promienie wygiecia nóg zewnetrznych i wewnetrznych wypuklosciami sa skierowane na zewnatrz mebla. W widoku z boku biegnace po lukach krawedzie górne boków siedzisk wychodza ponad powierzchnie nóg zewnetrznych tworzac podlokietniki. W widoku z przodu krawedzie boków oparc plecowych biegna po lukach. Fotel ma jedno siedzisko i jedno oparcie plecowe, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, 2, 3 i 4. The design is for a set of upholstered seating furniture consisting of an armchair, a sofa, and a couch. The essence of the design is a new form of upholstered seating furniture, manifested in its shape and line arrangement, giving the design a new and original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the armchair, Fig. 2 its top view, Fig. 3 its front view, Fig. 4 a side view of each element of the set. In addition, Fig. 5 shows a photograph of the sofa, Fig. 6 its front view, and Fig. 7 its front view. The set elements, as per the pattern, have a supporting structure consisting of front outer legs, which adhere to the sides of the upholstered sections, and rear inner legs. The outer legs, the connecting crossbar, which adheres to the underside of the seat, and the upper crossbar running behind the backrests, are tubular. Between the outer legs run inner legs, shaped like tubes, the upper ends of which reach the rear surface of the crossbar. In side views, the outer legs and inner legs are bent along radii, with the radii of the outer and inner legs convexly directed outward from the furniture. In side views, the curved upper edges of the seat sides extend beyond the outer legs, forming armrests. In front views, the edges of the backrest sides follow the curves.
