Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu oraz zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonych ilustrac- jach , na których fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowo - bocznym, fig. 2 przedstawia sofe rozlozona, a fig. 3 przedstawia czesciowy widok partii bocznej siedziska sofy. Sofa wedlug wzoru zdobniczego posiada dwuwarstwowe siedzisko i tylne oparcie z dwoma poduchami. Warstwa górna siedziska ma postac grubej, prostej plyty o scietych ukosnie od góry i od dolu partiach bocznych. Powierzchnia czolowa warstwy górnej jest na calej swojej dlugosci zaoblona, zas jej partie boczne o zaokraglonych zakonczeniach, odchylone sa lekko do tylu i oddzielone sa od czesci centralnej ozdobnymi pionowymi liniami przeszyc.Warstwa dolna siedziska, o grubosci zblizonej do warstwy górnej, owinieta jest swoimi scietymi klinowo koncami wokól jej partii bocznych i zachodzac na nie od góry tworzy stylizowane boczne oparcia, przy czym warstwa dolna jest nieznacznie cofnieta do tylu w stosunku do warstwy górnej siedziska. Tylne oparcie sofy ma partie boczne uformowane w postaci stylizowanych bocznych oparc siedziska. Poduchy sofy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, maja zaokraglone górne narozniki i zdobione sa przemarszczeniami obicia na ich obwodzie. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a frontal and side view, Fig. 2 shows the sofa unfolded, and Fig. 3 shows a partial view of the side section of the sofa seat. The sofa, according to the ornamental design, has a two-layer seat and a rear backrest with two cushions. The top layer of the seat is a thick, straight board with diagonally cut sides at the top and bottom. The front surface of the upper layer is rounded along its entire length, while its side sections, with rounded ends, are angled slightly backward and separated from the central section by decorative vertical stitching lines. The lower seat layer, with its wedge-shaped ends similar in thickness to the upper layer, wraps around its side sections and overlaps them from above, creating stylized side backrests. The lower layer is slightly recessed back from the upper seat layer. The rear backrest of the sofa has side sections formed as stylized side seat backrests. The sofa cushions, following the decorative pattern, have rounded upper corners and are decorated with gathers along their perimeter. PL PL PL
