Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac krzesla przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Krzeslo wedlug wzoru stoi na czterech nogach i ma metalowy stelaz, wykonany z rur o przekroju okraglym. Przednie nogi krzesla podobnie jak tylne powiazane sa poprzecznym lacznikiem rurowym pod siedziskiem. Tylne nogi sa przedluzone w góre ponad siedzisko i na nich wspiera sie oparcie krzesla. Czworokatne siedzisko oparte jest na rurowych lacznikach wiazacych nogi krzesla. Siedzisko i oparcie wykonane sa z profilowanej sklejki drewnianej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony w trzech odmianach w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, skladajacym sie z rysunku i fotografii. Chairs standing on four legs, with a metal frame, seat, backrest, and armrests, are well-known. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of chair, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. According to the design, the chair stands on four legs and has a metal frame made of round tubing. The front legs, like the rear legs, are connected by a transverse tubular connector under the seat. The rear legs extend upwards above the seat and support the backrest. The quadrangular seat rests on tubular connectors that connect the legs. The seat and backrest are made of profiled plywood. The subject of the design is shown in three variations in the attached illustrative material, consisting of a drawing and a photograph. The first variation of the chair, shown in figures 1 and 2 and photographs 8 and 9, has a large cutout in the backrest. Figures 1 and 8 show the chair in an oblique front view, and figures 2 and 9 show the back. Figure 3 shows the chair frame, also in an oblique front view. The second variation of the chair, shown in figures 4 and 5 and photographs 10 and 11, has a small cutout in the backrest. Figures 4 and 10 show the chair in an oblique front view, and figures 5 and 11 show the back. The third variation of the chair, shown in Figures 6 and 7 and photographs 12 and 13, has a small cutout in the backrest and armrests. Figures 6 and 12 show the chair from an oblique front view, and Figures 7 and 13 show the back. Essential features of the industrial design: The chair in all three variations has a metal frame made of round tubing, the four legs of which are slightly inclined from the vertical and divergent downward. The chair's quadrangular seat rests on the frame and is made of plywood, into which rows of circular recesses are embossed. The profiled backrest of the chair, inscribed in a quadrangle and bulging towards the rear, is also made of wooden plywood and is supported by two rods mounted in the extensions of the rear legs via conical bushings. The backrest of the chair in the first version has a large cutout at the bottom, taking the shape of a lying letter "C". In the second and third versions, the backrest has a small quadrangular cutout at the bottom, while in the third version, the chair is equipped with armrests, which are extensions of the front legs, bent towards the rear and covered with a profiled wooden insert.
