Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli, nadajac im zarówno walory zdobnicze, jak i zalety uzytkowe oraz ergonomiczne zwiazane z wygoda siedzenia na meblach wytworzonych z ekologicznego materialu, jakim jest drewno. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok perspektywiczny krzesla zawierajacego rzezbiona górna krawedz oparcia, fig. 2 - widok aksonometryczny krzesla bez elementów rzezbionych na górnej krawedzi oparcia. Material ilustracyjny stanowia kolorowe odbitki zdjec poszczególnych mebli. Przednie i tylne nogi krzesla polaczone sa ze soba umieszczonymi pod siedziskiem elementami, w których na obwodzie uksztaltowane sa dwa promieniowe wglebienia, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na zdjeciach fig. 3 i fig. 4. Przednie nogi krzesla jak na fig. 1 i fig. 3 wykonane sa wedlug modelu „sarnie nogi". Maja one na dlugosci lukowe uksztaltowania z przewezeniami w czesci dolnej nóg i z charakterystycznymi trapezowymi odchylonymi na zewnatrz stopkami stylizujacymi kopytka sarnie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo, którego cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze zawieraja przednie nogi toczne w postaci górnej i dolnej powierzchni kulistej z pierscieniowymi podtoczeniami, miedzy którymi znajduje sie powierzchnia w ksztalcie stozka scietego. Z rama siedziska nogi polaczone sa poprzez prostopadloscienne kostki, zas stopki maja uksztaltowania walcowe, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym zdjecie fig. 4. PLThe subject of the industrial design is seating furniture, which is an upholstered chair with a wooden frame, the components of which are joined by form-fitting pins, sockets, and dowels, giving the furniture a unique, stylish character and beauty. The current state of the art describes a new form of seating furniture made of wood with a surface texture characteristic of processed wood, supplemented with upholstery inserts, and the front legs of each piece are made using the "doe-leg" model. These legs have long, arched shapes with narrowings at the bottom of the legs and characteristic, trapezoidal, outward-curving feet stylized as doe-legs. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of individual pieces of furniture, endowing them with both decorative value and functional and ergonomic advantages related to the comfort of sitting on furniture made of an ecological material, such as wood. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Fig. 1, a perspective view of a chair with a carved upper edge of the backrest, and Fig. 2, an axonometric view of the chair without the carved elements on the upper edge of the backrest. The illustrative material consists of color prints of photos of individual pieces of furniture. Thus, the photos in Fig. 3 show chairs as in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 - chairs as in Fig. 2. The seating furniture in the form of chairs, made of wood with a filled seat and backrest with upholstery, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the rear legs of the individual chairs have a uniform structure and are shaped along their length in the shape of an obtuse angle, the top and the lower short arm of which are located under the seat, while the upper arm constitutes the basic backrest element with a backward inclination. Each chair leg, in its lower section, under the seat and slightly above it, has a cuboidal structure, merging upward into two truncated cone-shaped surfaces, connected by larger, rounded bases with radial narrowing, while the smaller bases touch double annular profiles that connect the cones at the bottom with the cuboidal leg section and at the top with a cuboidal cube topped with double annular profiles. The cuboidal cubes of the two rear legs of the chair and the cuboidal sections of these legs above the seat form the connection points for the horizontal arms of the backrest, which has a frame shape and does not touch the legs' surfaces. The internal space is filled with upholstery with rounded leading edges. The upper edges of the horizontal arms of the backrest are decorated with a carved plastic composition. The front and rear legs of the chair are connected by elements placed under the seat, which have two radial recesses shaped around their circumference, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The front legs of the chair, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, are made using the "deer legs" model. They have long, arc-shaped shapes with narrowings at the lower legs and characteristic trapezoidal, outward-curving feet stylized as deer hooves, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 3. A variation of the industrial design is a chair whose essential industrial design features are characterized by the front rolling legs in the form of upper and lower spherical surfaces with annular recesses, between which there is a surface in the shape of a truncated cone. The legs are connected to the seat frame by cuboid joints, while the feet have cylindrical shapes, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 4.
