Modulowy mebel do siedzenia Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest modulowy model do siedzenia, zestawiany z ulozonych obok siebie elementów, którymi sa: fotel, lacznik kwadratowy, lacznik trójkatny o kacie 30° i lacznik trójkatny o kacie 45°. W ten sposób tworzona jest konfiguracja mebla dostosowana do ksztaltu i wielkosci pomieszczenia, w którym jest ustawiany. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowanie i wyglad mebla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na ilustracjach, fig.l do fig.6, z których: fig. 1 do fig.4 pokazuja elementy skladowe mebla modulowego, a mianowicie; fig.l - fotel, fig.2 - lacznik kwadratowy, fig.3 - lacznik trójkatny o kacie 30°, fig.4 - zestawione dwa laczniki trójkatne o kacie 45°, zas fig. 5 i fig 6 pokazuja dwie odmiany mebla modulowego. Mebel modulowy ma fotel, jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. 1 , który sklada sie z tapicerowanego siedzenia w ksztalcie wysokiej poduchy o podstawie kwadratu, wspartej na dwóch plozach z dwóch rurek, wygietych w ksztalt liter U. Pozioma linia kazdej z liter U tworzy ploze fotela, a pionowo skierowane ramiona sa zamocowane do podstawy fotela w ten sposób, ze plozy fotela przebiegaja skosnie do boku fotela. Z przodu fotela pionowe raiki podstawy sa mocowane w poblizu narozy fotela, zas z tylu blizej srodka fotela. Fotel ma niskie, tapicerowane oparcie ledzwi, przebiegajace przez co najmniej 3/4 jego dlugosci, które w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt trapezu z dluzsza podstawa równolegla ulozona na poduszce fotela i z krótsza podstawa równolegla u góry, zaokraglona lukiem przy ukosnym boku trapezu, od przedniej strony fotela. Tylny bok oparcia fotela prostopadly, do obu podstaw trapezu, jest przedluzony w dól poza poduche fotela i polaczony u dolu z rurkowymi koncami nóg fotela, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, fig.l, fig. 5 i fig.6. Obok fotela ukladane sa laczniki o ksztalcie dostosowanym do wielkosci i ksztaltu pomieszczenia, w którym ustawiany jest mebel. Lacznik mebla pokazany na fig.2 jest tapicerowana poducha, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt kwadratu, a jej wysokosc jest równa wysokosci siedzenia fotela. Lacznik mebla pokazany na fig.3, jest tapicerowana poducha, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt równobocznego trójkata, z jednym wierzcholkiem trójkata o kacie 30 stopni, zas wysokosc poduchy jest równa wysokosci fotela. Lacznik mebla pokazany na fig.4, przedstawiajacej zestawienie dwóch takich laczników, jest tapicerowana poducha, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt równobocznego trójkata, o jednym wierzcholku trójkata z katem 45 stopni, zas wysokosci poduchy jest równa wysokosci fotela.Modulowy mebel stanowi zestawienie fotela z fig.l i laczników pokazanych na ilustracjach fig. 2 do fig 4. Modulowy mebel ma dwie odmiany. Odmiana 1 przedstawiona na fig.S jest modulowym meblem zlozonym z dwóch foteli ustawionych wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym oraz z ulozonych obok siebie, pomiedzy fotelami, dwóch laczników trójkatnych. Odmiana 2 pokazana na fig.6, przedstawia mebel zlozony z dwóch foteli ustawionych wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym i z ulozonego miedzy nimi lacznika kwadratowego. This creates a furniture configuration adapted to the shape and size of the room in which it is placed. An essential feature of the industrial design is the shape and appearance of the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrations, fig. 1 to fig. 6, of which: fig. 1 to fig. 4 show the components of the modular furniture, namely: fig. 1 - the armchair, fig. 2 - the square connector, fig. 3 - a 30° triangular connector, fig. 4 - two juxtaposed 45° triangular connectors, while fig. 5 and fig. 6 show two variations of the modular furniture. The modular furniture has an armchair, as shown in Fig. 1, which consists of an upholstered seat in the shape of a high cushion with a square base, supported by two runners made of two tubes bent into a U-shape. The horizontal line of each U forms the runner of the armchair, and the vertical arms are attached to the armchair base so that the runners run diagonally to the side of the armchair. At the front of the armchair, the vertical arms of the base are attached near the corners of the armchair, and at the back, closer to the center of the armchair. The armchair has a low, upholstered lumbar support, running for at least three-quarters of its length, which in a side view is trapezoidal in shape with a longer base parallel to the seat cushion and a shorter base parallel at the top, rounded by an arc at the diagonal side of the trapezoid, at the front of the armchair. The rear side of the armchair backrest, perpendicular to both trapezoid bases, is extended downward beyond the armchair cushion and connected at the bottom to the tubular ends of the armchair legs, as shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. Connectors are placed next to the armchair, shaped to suit the size and shape of the room in which the furniture is to be placed. The furniture connector shown in Fig. 2 is an upholstered cushion, which in plan view has the shape of a square, and its height is equal to the height of the armchair seat. The furniture connector shown in Fig. 3 is an upholstered cushion, which in plan view has the shape of an equilateral triangle, with one vertex of the triangle having an angle of 30 degrees, and the height of the cushion is equal to the height of the armchair. The furniture connector shown in Fig. 4, which shows a combination of two such connectors, is an upholstered cushion which, when viewed from above, has the shape of an equilateral triangle, with one vertex at a 45-degree angle, and the cushion's height equal to the height of the armchair. The modular furniture is a combination of the armchair from Fig. 1 and the connectors shown in Figs. 2 to 4. The modular furniture comes in two varieties. Variation 1, shown in Fig. S, is a modular piece of furniture composed of two armchairs positioned at right angles to each other and two triangular connectors placed side by side between the armchairs. Variation 2, shown in Fig. 6, shows a piece of furniture composed of two armchairs positioned at right angles to each other and a square connector placed between them. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The modular seating furniture is a combination of the armchairs of Fig. 1 and connecting members of a height equal to the seat height of the armchair, shown in Figs. 2 to 4, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6. 2. The modular seating furniture comprises the armchair shown in Fig. 1, having an upholstered seat in the form of a high cushion with a square base supported by two tube runners bent into a U-shape. The horizontal line of each U forms a runner of the armchair, and the vertically directed arms are attached to the base of the armchair so that the runners run diagonally to the side of the armchair. At the front of the armchair the vertical tubes of the base are attached near the corners of the armchair, and at the rear near the center of the armchair. The armchair has a low, upholstered lumbar support, extending for at least 3/4 of its length, which in a side view has the shape of a trapezoid with a longer base parallel to the seat cushion and a shorter base parallel at the top, rounded by an arc at the diagonal side of the trapezoid, from the front of the armchair.
