Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych o nazwie BOSS, przeznaczony do realizacji funkcji wypoczynku zarówno dziennego, jak i nocnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Plecy poduszki oparciowej 1 w czesci górnej sa równolegle do górnej, przedniej powierzchni poduszki oparciowej 1, a w czesci dolnej, na polaczeniu ze skrzynia 2, sa odchylone do tylu tworzac jedna plaszczyzne z tylnymi ramionami poreczy 3. Czesc dolna ramion tylnych jest szersza niz czesc dolna ramion przednich. The industrial design registration is effective from February 23, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture called BOSS, intended for both daytime and nighttime relaxation. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with a unique character. The novelty and originality of furniture based on the industrial design in relation to known solutions is manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, colors, materials, and their structure. The furniture set based on the industrial design consists of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. Each part of the set has a slightly rearward-sloping backrest cushion with a rounded upper surface and a convex lumbar section. The back of the backrest cushion 1 is parallel in its upper section to the upper, front surface of the backrest cushion 1, and in its lower section, where it connects to the chest 2, it is angled back, forming a single plane with the rear arms of the armrest 3. The lumbar section is separated from the upper section of the backrest cushion 1 by a horizontal stitching along its entire width. A seat cushion 4 is placed on the chest 2, with a convex front section. Armrests 3 with parallel, forward-sloping arms and slightly rearward-sloping horizontal backrests are attached to the sides of the chest 2 and to the lower, angled section of the backrest cushion 1. The lower section of the rear arms is wider than the lower section of the front arms. The arms of the armrests 3 rest on legs, with the front legs 5 being cuboids with a square cross-section, and the rear legs 6 being cuboids with a rectangular cross-section. The armrests 3 are made of wood. They can be upholstered in leather, faux leather, or upholstery fabric. The backrest cushion 1 of the two-seater sofa has one vertical stitching, located in the center of its width, which aligns with the stitching of the seat cushion 4. The backrest cushion 1 of the three-seater sofa has two vertical stitching dividing it into three equal parts, which align with the corresponding stitching on the seat cushion 4. In both types of sofas, the box 2 serves as a bedding container. The two-seater sofa features a pull-out trolley, and the three-seater sofa features a frame that allows them to be unfolded for overnight use. The key features of this industrial design include: - a distinctive, ergonomic shape of the furniture - an original shape of the armrests 3: parallel, forward-leaning arms and slightly rearward-sloping horizontal backrests; distinctive, distinct curves between the arms and the horizontal backrest; the lower part of the rear arms is wider than the lower part of the front arms - armrests 3 made of wood - cuboidal legs 5, 6 with a square and rectangular cross-section - characteristic bend of the back of the backrest cushion 1: the lower part is bent at the same angle as the rear arm of the armrest 3 - the top of the backrest cushion 1 is slightly rounded in the front view - clearly marked lumbar part of the backrest cushion 1 - foldable frame and extendable trolley allow for obtaining a place to sleep - characteristic stitching on the backrest cushions 1 and seat cushions 4 - the box 2 serves as a bedding container in the sofas.
