Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wielofunkcyjny zestaw modulowych mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli zestawu w stanie zlozonym i rozlozonym, jak równiez w ukladzie linii tapicerskich przeszyc i linii kolorystycznej obicia. Znane sa róznorodne zestawy wielofunkcyjnych mebli tapicerowanych zawierajace np. kanape naroznikowa, dwuosobowa sofe, sofe jednoosobowa i fotele, przy czym, czesto, kanapa naroznikowa moze byc przeksztalcana w fotele dwuosobowe i jednoosobowe lub sofy. Znane zestawy zawieraja, równiez, sofy przeksztalcalne w mebel do lezenia , posiadajace siedziska wyposazone w wysuwane pojemniki na posciel itp. Znany jest, na przyklad z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr 4245 modulowy zestaw mebli tapicerowanych zawierajacy m.in. naroznikowa kanape zestawiona z mebli tapicerowanych: sofy, foteli, elementów skrajnych z podlokietnikami i elementu naroznego z siedziskiem, którego ksztalt, w widoku z góry, zblizony jest do ksztaltu trapezu z owalnie uksztaltowanymi podstawami. Jeden z foteli naroznikowej kanapy znanego zestawu posiada wydluzone siedzisko przystosowane do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia meble zestawu zestawione w narozna kanape - w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - odmiane naroznej kanapy zawierajaca jednoosobowa sofez wydluzonym siedziskiem z otwartym pojemnikiem i dwuosobowa sofe z wysunietym pojemnikiem - w widoku ogólnym, fig.3 - odmiane naroznej kanapy zawierajaca dwuosobowa sofe z wysunietym lezyskiem - w widoku ogólnym i fig.4 - komplet mebli wypoczynkowych 3,2,1 zestawiony z elementów zestawu wedlug wzoru - w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw modulowych mebli tapicerowanych wedlug wzoru sklada sie z elementów skrajnych stanowiacych swoje lustrzane odbicie A, G posiadajacych podlokietniki, jednoosobowej sofy B z wydluzonym siedziskiem zaopatrzonym w pojemnik, trzyosobowej sofy C z wysuwanym lezyskiem, naroznego elementu D, jednoosobowego fotela E, dwuosobowego fotela F z wysuwanym pojemnikiem i pufy H (fig. 1,2,3,4). Oparcia mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu wedlug wzoru maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu prostopadloscianu splaszczonego w górnej czesci i zakonczonego owalem, przy czym oparcie naroznego elementu D ma, w widoku ogólnym, ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu wygietego po luku trapezu. Natomiast siedziska mebli zestawu i ich poduchy maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym przednia sciana wydluzonego siedziska jednoosobowej sofy B i jej poduchy maja ksztalt owalu. Pufa H i jej poducha maja ksztalt pólwalca. Dolne czesci skrajnych elementów A i G maja ksztalt odwróconego trapezu, którego górna podstawa ma ksztalt litery S usytuowanej ukosnie i przykryte sa, nieco przestajacymi poza ich obrys, poduchami o ksztalcie ukosnie usytuowanej litery C. Siedzisko i poducha naroznego elementu D zestawu wedlug wzoru maja, w widoku ogólnym, ksztalt odwróconego trójkata, którego podstawa ma ksztalt owalu. Ponadto, poducha jednoosobowej sofy B z wydluzonym siedziskiem jest odchylna w kierunku „ku górze", przy czym bezposrednio pod nia usytuowany jest pojemnik, zas pod poducha siedziska dwuosobowego fotela F znajduje sie wysuwany pojemnik (Fig.2). Trzyosobowa sofa C ma wysuwane lezysko (Fig.3). Lewe i prawe boki kompletu wypoczynkowego 3,2,1 zestawionego z mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia, odpowiednio, skrajne elementy A,G (Fig.4). Oparcia sof i foteli oraz oparcie naroznego elementu D zestawu posiadaja poziome ozdobne, tapicerskie przeszycia usytuowane równolegle do siedzisk na V 3 wysokosci oparc, od których promieniscie „ku górze" rozchodza sie ukosne przeszycia formujace odwrócony trapez, wykonany z wzorzystej tkaniny.podobnie jak poduchy ws2ystkich siedzisk oraz podlokietniki i górne czesci skrajnych elementów A,G. Natomiast, dolne elementy wszystkich mebli zestawu, dolne czesci oparc oddzielone poziomym przeszyciem i górne czesci oparc oddzielone ukosnymi przeszyciami od wzorzyscie wykonczonych czesci o ksztalcie trapezu wykonane sa z jednobarwnej tkaniny. Z elementów zestawu wedlug wzoru kompletuje sie rózne kompozycje mebli wypoczynkowych. Zestaw wedlug wzoru bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa SYSTEM „PIASKI". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw wedlug wzoru zawiera fotele i sofy z pojemnikami, element narozny i elementy skrajne z podlokietnikami. The essence of the design is reflected in the shape of the individual pieces of furniture in the folded and unfolded state, as well as in the arrangement of the upholstery stitching lines and the color lines of the upholstery. Various sets of multifunctional upholstered furniture are known, including, for example, a corner sofa, a two-seater sofa, a single sofa, and armchairs. Often, the corner sofa can be transformed into two-seater or single armchairs or sofas. Known sets also include sofas that can be converted into loungers, with seats equipped with pull-out bedding containers, etc. For example, the description of industrial design no. 4245 describes a modular set of upholstered furniture containing, among other things, a sofa bed. A corner sofa composed of upholstered furniture: a sofa, armchairs, end elements with armrests, and a corner element with a seat. Its shape, viewed from above, resembles a trapezoid with oval bases. One of the armchairs in this well-known corner sofa set features an elongated seat adapted for lying down. A set of modular upholstered furniture according to the pattern consists of mirror-image end pieces A and G with armrests, a one-seater sofa B with an extended seat equipped with a storage container, a three-seater sofa C with a pull-out bed, a corner piece D, a one-seater armchair E, a two-seater armchair F with a pull-out container, and a pouffe H (figs. 1, 2, 3, 4). The backrests of the furniture pieces included in the pattern set have a shape similar to a cuboid, flattened at the top and topped with an oval, while the backrest of corner piece D has, in general view, a shape similar to a curved trapezoid. Meanwhile, the seats of the set's furniture and their cushions are cuboid-shaped, with the front wall of the extended seat of the one-seater sofa B and its cushions being oval-shaped. Pouffe H and its cushion have the shape of a half-cylinder. The lower parts of the outermost elements A and G have the shape of an inverted trapezoid, the upper base of which is in the shape of a diagonally placed letter S and are covered with cushions slightly protruding beyond their outline, in the shape of a diagonally placed letter C. The seat and cushion of corner element D of the set according to the pattern have, in a general view, the shape of an inverted triangle, the base of which is oval. Furthermore, the cushion of the one-seater sofa B with an elongated seat tilts upwards, with a storage container located directly underneath it, while under the seat cushion of the two-seater armchair F there is a pull-out container (Fig. 2). The three-seater sofa C has a pull-out rest (Fig. 3). The left and right sides of the lounge suite 3,2,1 assembled from the furniture set according to the pattern constitute, respectively, the outermost elements A, G (Fig. 4). The backrests of the sofas and armchairs and the backrest of the corner element D of the set have horizontal decorative upholstery stitching situated parallel to the seats at V3 of the backrest height, from which diagonal stitching radiates upwards, forming an inverted trapezoid made of patterned fabric, as do the cushions of all the seats, the armrests and the upper parts of the outermost elements A, G. However, the lower parts of all the furniture in the set, the lower parts of the backrests separated by horizontal stitching and the upper parts of the backrests separated by diagonal stitching from the patterned trapezoid parts are made of a single-color fabric. The elements of the set according to the pattern are used to assemble various compositions of lounge furniture. The set according to the pattern will be available on the market under the name "PIASKI" SYSTEM. Essential features of the industrial design: The set according to the pattern includes armchairs and sofas with storage compartments, a corner element, and end elements with armrests. The backrests of the furniture set according to the pattern have a shape similar to a cuboid, flattened in the upper part and topped with an oval, while the backrest of corner element D has, in general view, a shape similar to a curved trapezoid. The seats and cushions have a cuboid shape, with the front wall of the elongated seat of the single-seater sofa B and its reclining cushion having an oval shape, and the pouffe H and its cushion having a half-cylinder shape. The seat and cushion of corner element D have, in general view, the shape of an inverted triangle, the base of which is oval. The backrests of sofas and armchairs, as well as the backrest of corner element D of the set according to the pattern, have horizontal upholstery stitching located parallel to the seat at the height of the backrests, from which diagonal stitching radiates upwards, defining an inverted trapezoid made of patterned fabric, similarly to the cushions of all seats, as well as the armrests and the upper parts of the outer elements A, G.
