Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wielofunkcyjny zestaw modulowych mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli zestawu w stanie zlozonym i rozlozonym, jak równiez w ukladzie linii tapicerskich przeszyc i linii kolorystycznej obicia. Znane sa róznorodne zestawy wielofunkcyjnych mebli tapicerowanych zawierajace np. kanape naroznikowa, dwuosobowa sofe, sofe jednoosobowa i fotele, przy czym, czesto, kanapa naroznikowa moze byc przeksztalcana w fotele dwuosobowe i jednoosobowe lub sofy. Znane zestawy zawieraja, równiez, sofy przeksztalcalne w mebel do lezenia , posiadajace siedziska wyposazone w wysuwane pojemniki na posciel itp. Znany jest, na przyklad z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr 4245 modulowy zestaw mebli tapicerowanych zawierajacy m.in. naroznikowa kanape zestawiona z mebli tapicerowanych: sofy, foteli, elementów skrajnych z podlokietnikami i elementu naroznego z siedziskiem, którego ksztalt, w widoku z góry, zblizony jest do ksztaltu trapezu z owalnie uksztaltowanymi podstawami. Jeden z foteli naroznikowej kanapy znanego zestawu posiada wydluzone siedzisko przystosowane do lezenia. Oparcia mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu wedlug wzoru maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu prostopadloscianu splaszczonego w górnej czesci i zakonczonego owalem, przy czym oparcie naroznego elementu D ma, w widoku ogólnym, ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu wygietego po luku trapezu. Natomiast siedziska mebli zestawu i ich poduchy maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym przednia sciana wydluzonego siedziska jednoosobowej sofy B i jej poduchy maja ksztalt owalu. Pufa H i jej poducha maja ksztalt pólwalca. Dolne czesci skrajnych elementów A i G maja ksztalt odwróconego trapezu, którego górna podstawa ma ksztalt litery S usytuowanej ukosnie i przykryte sa, nieco przestajacymi poza ich obrys, poduchami o ksztalcie ukosnie usytuowanej litery C. Siedzisko i poducha naroznego elementu D zestawu wedlug wzoru maja, w widoku ogólnym, ksztalt odwróconego trójkata, którego podstawa ma ksztalt owalu. Ponadto, poducha jednoosobowej sofy B z wydluzonym siedziskiem jest odchylna w kierunku „ku górze", przy czym bezposrednio pod nia usytuowany jest pojemnik, zas pod poducha siedziska dwuosobowego fotela F znajduje sie wysuwany pojemnik (Fig.2). Trzyosobowa sofa C ma wysuwane lezysko (Fig.3). Lewe i prawe boki kompletu wypoczynkowego 3,2,1 zestawionego z mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia, odpowiednio, skrajne elementy A,G (Fig.4). Oparcia sof i foteli oraz oparcie naroznego elementu D zestawu posiadaja poziome ozdobne, tapicerskie przeszycia usytuowane równolegle do siedzisk na V 3 wysokosci oparc, od których promieniscie „ku górze" rozchodza sie ukosne przeszycia formujace odwrócony trapez, wykonany z wzorzystej tkaniny.podobnie jak poduchy ws2ystkich siedzisk oraz podlokietniki i górne czesci skrajnych elementów A,G. Natomiast, dolne elementy wszystkich mebli zestawu, dolne czesci oparc oddzielone poziomym przeszyciem i górne czesci oparc oddzielone ukosnymi przeszyciami od wzorzyscie wykonczonych czesci o ksztalcie trapezu wykonane sa z jednobarwnej tkaniny. Z elementów zestawu wedlug wzoru kompletuje sie rózne kompozycje mebli wypoczynkowych. Zestaw wedlug wzoru bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa SYSTEM „PIASKI". The essence of the pattern is reflected in the shape of the individual pieces of furniture in the folded and unfolded state, as well as in the arrangement of the upholstery lines of the stitching and the color line of the upholstery. Various sets of multifunctional upholstered furniture are known, including, for example, a corner sofa, a two-seater sofa, a one-seater sofa and armchairs, often the corner sofa can be transformed into two-seater and one-seater armchairs or sofas. Known sets also include sofas convertible into a reclining unit having seats equipped with pull-out containers for bedding, etc. A modular upholstered furniture set is known, for example from Industrial Design No. 4245, comprising inter alia a corner sofa composed of upholstered furniture: sofas, armchairs, extreme elements with armrests and a corner element with a seat, the shape of which, seen from above, is similar to a trapezoidal shape with oval-shaped bases. One of the armchairs of the corner sofa of the known set has an elongated seat adapted to recline. The subject of the pattern has been shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - shows the furniture of the set arranged in a corner sofa - in general view, fig. 2 - a version of the corner sofa including a single sofa with an elongated seat with an open container and a two-person sofa with an extended container - in view general view, fig. 3 - a version of the corner sofa including a two-seater sofa with an extended recliner - in the general view and fig.4 - a set of lounge furniture 3,2,1 arranged from the elements of the set according to the pattern - in the general view. A set of modular upholstered furniture according to the pattern consists of mirror-image A, G edge elements with armrests, a single sofa B with an extended seat with a container, a three-seater sofa with a pull-out bed, a corner element D, a single armchair E, a two-seater armchair F with a pull-out container and pouffes H (fig. 1,2,3,4). According to the pattern, the backrests of the furniture included in the set have a shape similar to that of a rectangular square at the top and ended with an oval, the backrest of the corner element D having, in general view, a shape similar to that of a trapezoid curved in an arc. On the other hand, the seats of the furniture of the set and their cushions have the shape of a cuboid, while the front wall of the elongated seat of the single-seat sofa B and its cushions have the shape of an oval. The H pouf and its cushion have the shape of a half-round. The lower parts of the extreme elements A and G have the shape of an inverted trapezoid, the upper base of which has the shape of the letter S situated diagonally and are covered with cushions in the shape of an oblique letter C, slightly extending beyond their outline. The seat and cushion of the corner element D of the set according to the May pattern, in general view, the shape of an inverted triangle with an oval-shaped base. In addition, the cushion of the single-seater sofa B with the extended seat can be folded upwards, with a container located directly below it, and a pull-out container under the cushion of the seat of the two-seater armchair F (Fig. 2). (Fig. 3). The left and right sides of the leisure set 3,2,1 composed of the furniture of the set according to the pattern are, respectively, the extreme elements A, G (Fig. 4). The backrests of the sofas and armchairs as well as the backrest of the corner element D of the set have horizontal decorative, upholstery stitching located parallel to the seats on the V 3 of the backrest heights, from which diagonal stitching "upward" radiates, forming an inverted trapezoid, made of patterned fabric, similar to the cushions in all seats, armrests and upper parts of extreme elements A, G. However, the lower elements of all furniture in the set, the lower parts of the backrest separated by a horizontal stitching and the upper parts of the backrest separated by diagonal stitching from the pattern of the finished trapezoidal parts are made of a single-colored fabric. According to the pattern, the elements of the set are combined with various leisure furniture compositions. The set according to the pattern will be available on the market under the name "SAND" SYSTEM.
