Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych o nazwie MIRA, przeznaczony do realizacji funkcji wypoczynku zarówno dziennego, jak i nocnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Górna czesc poduszki oparciowej 1 w widoku z przodu tworzy linie pozioma, w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Dolna czesc pleców poduszki oparciowej 1 tworzy plaszczyzne pionowa. Czesc ledzwiowa oddzielona jest od czesci górnej poduszki oparciowej 1 poziomym przeszyciem na calej jej szerokosci. Na skrzyni 2 umieszczona jest poduszka siedziskowa 3. The industrial design registration is valid from: February 23, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture called MIRA, intended for both daytime and nighttime relaxation. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the furniture based on the industrial design, in relation to known solutions, is manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, colors, materials, and their structure. The industrial-style furniture set consists of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. Each section of the set has a backrest cushion 1 with a prominent lumbar section. The upper portion of the backrest cushion 1 forms a horizontal line in the front view, and in the side view, it has a shape similar to an ellipse. The lower back portion of the backrest cushion 1 forms a vertical plane. The lumbar section is separated from the upper portion of the backrest cushion 1 by a horizontal stitching along its entire width. A seat cushion 3 is placed on the chest 2. Armrests 4 with parallel, forward-leaning arms and slightly rearward-sloping horizontal backrests are attached to the sides of the chest 2 and to the lower portion of the backrest cushion 1. The lower portion of the rear arms is wider than the lower portion of the front arms. The arms of the armrests 4 rest on legs, with the front legs 5 being cuboids with a square cross-section, and the rear legs 6 being cuboids with a rectangular cross-section. The armrests 4 are upholstered in a leather-like material. They can also be made of wood, covered with leather or fabric upholstery. The backrest cushion 1 of the two-seater sofa has one vertical stitching, located in the center of its width, which aligns with the stitching of the seat cushion 3. The backrest cushion 1 of the three-seater sofa has two vertical stitching dividing it into three equal parts, which align with the corresponding stitching on the seat cushion 3. In both sofa variants, the box 2 serves as a bedding container. The essential features of the industrial design are: - a characteristic, ergonomic shape of the furniture - an original shape of the armrests 4: parallel, forward-leaning arms and slightly backward-sloping horizontal backrests; characteristic, different roundings between the arms and the horizontal backrest; the lower part of the rear arms is wider than the lower part of the front arms - the armrests 4 are covered with a leather-like material - cuboid legs 5, 6 with a square and rectangular cross-section - the upper part of the backrest cushion 1 in the front view forms a horizontal line, in the side view it has a shape close to an ellipse - the lower part of the back of the backrest cushion i forms a vertical plane - a clearly marked lumbar part of the backrest cushion i - characteristic stitching on the backrest cushions 1 and seat cushions 3 - the box 2 in the sofas functions as a bedding container.Fig. 1 Fig. 3 Fig. 1Fig. 3Fig. 5 PL PL
