Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli: kanapa naroznikowa, podnózek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych przejawiajacy sie w formie i ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, wygodzie i funkcjonalnosci. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznego ksztaltu - miesistej formy, ksztaltu nózek oraz sposobu przeszycia.Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach, na przyklad odcien brazu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia naroznik, fig. 2 naroznik rozlozony, fig. 3 podnózek. Pozostala fotografia przedstawia przykladowe zestawienie mebli zestawu wypoczynkowego. Kanapa naroznikowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada miesista forme, charakterystyczny ksztalt nózek oraz charakterystyczny sposób przeszycia oparcia, a takze funkcje spania. Podnózek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada charakterystyczna forme stylizowana na ksztalt tortu, na która skladaja sie trzy nalozone na siebie warstwy, pionowe przeszycie pierwszej i drugiej poduchy od dolu, oraz wzdluzne przeszycie trzeciej, a takze charakterystyczna forme nóg. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa przede wszystkim charakterystyczna forma i ksztalt kanapy naroznikowej i podnózka, zapewniajaca wygode i funkcjonalnosc, a takze dostepnosc naroznika w wersji prawej i lewej, a wspólnymi cechami jednolita material i faktura, a takze nózki.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe industrial design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of the following pieces: a corner sofa and a footstool. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique set of lounge furniture, manifested in the form and shape of the individual pieces, comfort, and functionality. The novelty and unique character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is demonstrated by its distinctive shape – a fleshy form, the shape of the legs, and the stitching. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors, for example, shades of brown. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa, Fig. 2 the unfolded corner sofa, and Fig. 3 the footstool. The remaining photograph shows a sample furniture set for the lounge set. The industrial-style corner sofa features a fleshy form, distinctive leg shapes, and a distinctive backrest stitching. The industrial-style footrest features a distinctive, cake-like design, consisting of three superimposed layers: vertical stitching on the first and second cushions from the bottom, and longitudinal stitching on the third cushion, as well as a distinctive leg shape. The essential features of the industrial design include the distinctive form and shape of the corner sofa and footrest, ensuring comfort and functionality.
