Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych, w sklad którego wchodza: fotel oraz sofa trzyosobowa. The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture, which includes: an armchair and a three-seater sofa.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu oraz zdobieniach poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Kazdy z elementów tworzacych zestaw posiada boki o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, którego czolowa i wierzchnia sciana (podlokietnik) sa nachylone i przybieraja lukowa postac. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in the shaping and decorations of individual elements of the set. Each of the elements that make up the set has sides with a shape similar to a cuboid, whose front and top walls (armrest) are inclined and take on an arched shape.
