Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „PORTO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 27 sierpnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „PORTO". Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 pokazano kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku z przodu, przed rozlozeniem, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana wwidoku z przodu po rozlozeniu, na fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa do siedzenia w widoku z przodu, na fig. 4 - kanape dwuosobowa do siedzenia w widoku z przodu, na fig. 5 - fotel w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „PORTO" sklada sie z czterech czesci: kanapy rozkladanej, trzyosobowej kanapy do siedzenia, dwuosobowej kanapy do siedzenia i fotela. Wszystkie czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno- dekoracyjne w postaci szczytów, podlokietników, laczyn i poduch. Kazdy element zestawu posiada dwa szczyty w ksztalcie ramki przy czym górna czesc ramiaka jest wyprofilowana i stanowi podlokietnik natomiast tylna czesc górna szczytu jet wyprofilowana jak ksztalt siedziska. Wszystkie czesci konstrukcyjne zestawu wykonane sa z tarcicy bukowej barwionej i lakierowanej i sa klejone z elementów profilowych, nadajacych meblom oryginalny, lekki, azurowy wyglad. Kanapa trzyosobowa rozkladana zaopatrzona jest w oryginalny pojemnik na posciel. Wszystkie poduchy siedziska i oparcia sa wykonane z materialu w niebiesko-szaro-granatowo-czarna krate i maja ksztalt prostokata, przy czym poduchy oparciowe sa dluzsze od siedziskowych. W kanapie trzyosobowej, rozkladanej, poduchy siedziskowe i oparciowe sa jednakowe, jak pokazano na fig. 1 fig. 5. The right of registration of the industrial design is valid from 27 August 2001. The subject of the industrial design is the "PORTO" lounge furniture set. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a three-seater sofa bed in a front view before unfolding, Fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa bed in a front view after unfolding, Fig. 3 - a three-seater sofa bed in a front view, Fig. 4 - a two-seater sofa bed in a front view, Fig. 5 - an armchair in a general view. The "PORTO" lounge furniture set consists of four parts: a sofa bed, a three-seater sofa bed, a two-seater sofa bed and an armchair. All parts of the set share common structural and decorative elements in the form of headboards, armrests, connectors, and cushions. Each element of the set features two frame-shaped headboards, with the upper part of the frame being profiled and acting as an armrest, while the upper rear part of the headboard is profiled to resemble the seat. All structural parts of the set are made of stained and varnished beech lumber and are glued together using profiled elements, giving the furniture a unique, light, open-work look. The three-seater sofa features a unique bedding storage compartment. All seat and backrest cushions are made of a blue, gray, navy, and black checked fabric and are rectangular in shape, with the backrest cushions being longer than the seat cushions.
