Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i foto- grafii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - sofe i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - sofe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 -fotel w widoku z boku fig. 8 i fig. 9 - meble wypoczynkowe w widoku z boku w róz- nych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe w calosci tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza sofa i fotel charakteryzuja sie tym, ze boki mebli stanowiace jednoczesnie podlokietniki maja w przekroju czolowym ksztalt zblizony do kropli zwróconej wierzcholkiem do wnetrza mebla, ku dolnej krawedzi siedziska, a dolne krawedzie boków sa na poziomie dolnej plaszczyzny siedziska, zas ze srodkami boków sa polaczone nózki w górnych partiach lukowato wygiete pod katem prostym tak, ze wraz z bokami tworza odwróco- na rozciagnieta litere „U". Siedzisko laczy sie z plyta oparcia pod katem rozwartym, z tym, ze zarówno siedzisko jaki plyta oparcia sa wezsze od prostokatnych poduch sie- dziska i oparcia, tak, iz poduchy te wystaja poza siedzisko, plyte oparcia i boki, przy czym ksztalt poduch i boków jest podkreslony przeszyciami, jak pokazano na zalaczo- nym rysunku fig. 1, fig.2, fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9. Fully upholstered leisure furniture, which includes a sofa and an armchair, are characterized by the fact that the sides of the furniture, which also form the armrests, have a frontal cross-section similar to a drop facing the interior of the furniture, towards the lower edge of the seat, and the lower edges of the sides are at the level of the lower the plane of the seat, while the middle of the sides are joined by the legs in the upper parts, arched at right angles so that together with the sides they form an inverted, stretched letter "U". The seat connects to the backrest at an obtuse angle, with both the seat which backrest board is narrower than the rectangular seat and backrest cushions, so that these cushions protrude beyond the seat, backrest board and sides, while the shape of the cushions and sides is highlighted with stitching as shown in the attached drawing 2, Fig. 3 and the photographs of Figs. 4 to 9.
