(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznaczeniem, zwlaszcza do salonów, pokoi dziennych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i foto- grafii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - sofe i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - sofe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 -fotel w widoku z boku fig. 8 i fig. 9 - meble wypoczynkowe w widoku z boku w róz- nych odmianach kolorystycznych. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a two-seater sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 - a sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - a sofa in a perspective view, fig. 6 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 7 - an armchair in a side view, fig. 8 and fig. 9 - lounge furniture in a side view in various color variants. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, which includes a sofa and an armchair, is characterized by the fact that the sides of the furniture, which also serve as armrests, have a frontal cross-section similar to a droplet with the apex turned towards the inside of the furniture, towards the lower edge of the seat, and the lower edges of the sides are at the level of the lower plane of the seat, while the centers of the sides are connected by legs in the upper parts, arched at a right angle, so that together with the sides they form an inverted, extended letter "U". The seat connects to the backrest plate at an obtuse angle, but both the seat and the backrest plate are narrower than the rectangular seat and backrest cushions, so that these cushions protrude beyond the seat, backrest plate and sides, the shape of the cushions and sides being emphasized by stitching, as shown in the attached drawings - Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs - Fig. 4 to Fig. 9. The sofa and the armchair included in the set of lounge furniture are placed on metal tubular legs with feet in the shape of conical plates, as shown in the attached drawings - Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs - Fig. 4 to Fig. 9. The sofa and the armchair have small cushions on the armrests, the upholstery and its facture The design is the same as the seat and backrest cushions, as shown in the photo fig. 4 to fig. 9. The sofa and armchair included in the furniture set may come in different color compositions, as shown in the attached photo fig. 4 to fig. 9. The sofa and armchair are upholstered with a brown cover, as shown in the attached photo fig. 4 to fig. 7.
