Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe prze- znaczone zwlaszcza do pokojów dziennego pobytu, domków mysliwskich, lub miejsc zbiorowego wypoczynku. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac mebli prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobniczych i ich cech uzytkowych. Sofa trzyosobowa ma poduche siedziska z wertykalnymi i horyzontal- nymi przeszyciami oddzielajace czesc wypukla od plaskiej i podkreslajaceprzeznaczenie dla trzech osób, przy czym przeszycia pionowe oparcia zbie- gaja sie z przeszyciami siedziska, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 3. Meble wypoczynkowe maja boki ozdobione intarsja w ksztalcie krzy- za maltanskiego, a miejsca laczen konstrukcji zaslepione czworokatnymi drewnianymi wstawkami, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do 3 i fotografii fig. 5, 6, i 9. Dla uzyskania dodatkowych efektów estetycznych mozna wobec mebli zastosowac techniki postarzania, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 10. Elementy tapicerowane mebli dla uzyskania dodatkowych efektów es- tetycznych moga byc zaopatrzone w guziki lub inne im podobne ozdoby jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 i fig. 7. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO 1. Meble wypoczynkowe charakteryzuja sie tym, ze boki mebli maja ksztalt profilowanej litery „h", której tylna krawedz jest nieco odchylona do ty- lu w odcinku nogi stajac sie pionowa, natomiast przednia krawedz prze- biega ukosnie w ten sposób, ze im nizej tym szerszy jest bok oparcia, az przechodzi w przykryta pozioma listwa wystajaca poza plyte podlokiet- nikowa, której przednia krawedz schodzi pionowo ku podlozu nad któ- rym jest prostokatnie wcieta, zas znajdujaca sie pomiedzy bokami plyta oparcia ma w górnej i dolnej czesci poziome deski spinajaca jakby klam- ra znajdujace sie pomiedzy nimi pionowe deski wyprofilowane w wypu- kla plycine. The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended particularly for living rooms, hunting lodges, or collective recreation areas. The essence of the design is the original construction and simple form of the furniture, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements, and their functional characteristics. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a one-seater sofa in a general front view, Fig. 2 shows a two-seater sofa in a general front view, Fig. 3 shows a three-seater sofa and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 shows a one-seater sofa in a general front view in an exemplary embodiment, Fig. 5 shows a two-seater sofa in a general front view in an exemplary embodiment, Fig. 6 shows a one-seater sofa in an exemplary embodiment in a general back view, Fig. 7 shows the side of the sofa backrest, Fig. 8 shows the side of the sofa backrest in an exemplary embodiment. Lounge furniture with wooden sides, a backrest board, a front board and upholstered seat and backrest cushions is characterized in that the sides of the furniture have the shape of a profiled letter "h", the rear edge of which is slightly inclined backwards in the leg section, becoming vertical, while the front edge runs diagonally in such a way that the lower it is, the wider the side of the backrest becomes, until it turns into a covered horizontal strip protruding beyond the armrest plate, the front edge of which descends vertically to the ground above which it is rectangularly indented, while the backrest plate located between the sides has horizontal boards in the upper and lower parts, fastening like a clamp the vertical boards between them, profiled into a convex panel. The seat cushions protrude beyond the front edge of the seat plate, have stitching and are profiled in a form similar to a half-cylinder in the part falling under the knees of the sitting person, while the rest of the cushions are flat, while the backrest cushion has a shape similar to half of a longitudinally cut number "8" and are fancifully folded over the edge of the backrest plate, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 3 and photographs fig. 4 to fig. 10. The one-seater sofa has one profiled panel on the backrest plate in the middle, the seat cushion has a longitudinal stitching separating the convex part from the flat part, and the backrest cushion has a longitudinal stitching separating the parts supporting the back and the head, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1 and the attached photographs fig. 4, 5 and 6. A two-seater sofa, the backrest panel of which has a profiled panel in the middle behind each cushion element, the seat cushion has vertical and horizontal stitching separating the convex part from the flat part and emphasizing the design for two people, while the backrest cushion has horizontal longitudinal stitching separating the part supporting the back and head and vertical stitching coinciding with the seat stitching, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 2 and the attached photographs fig. 7 and 8. A three-seater sofa has a seat cushion with vertical and horizontal stitching separating the convex part from the flat part and emphasizing the design for three people, the vertical stitching of the backrest coinciding with the seat stitching, as shown in the attached drawing The drawing in fig. 3. The lounge furniture has sides decorated with inlay in the shape of a Maltese cross, and the joints of the structure are covered with quadrangular wooden inserts, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 to 3 and photographs fig. 5, 6, and 9. To obtain additional aesthetic effects, the furniture can be aged, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 4 to fig. 10. The upholstered elements of the furniture can be provided with buttons or other similar decorations to obtain additional aesthetic effects, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 4 and fig. 7. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The lounge furniture according to feature 1 is characterized in that the three-seater sofa has a seat cushion with vertical and horizontal stitching separating the convex part from the flat part and emphasizing the designation for three people, with the vertical stitching of the backrest coinciding with the stitching of the seat, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 3. 5. The lounge furniture according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has sides decorated with inlay in the shape of a Maltese cross, and the joints of the structure are covered with quadrangular wooden inserts, as shown in the attached drawings figs. 1 to 3 and photographs figs. 5, 6, and 9.6.
