Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bok mebla tapicerowanego przeznaczony do mebli, takich jak: sofy, wersalki, fotele, itp. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia bok mebla - w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 2 - bok mebla - w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru ma postac czworokatnej drewnianej ramy, przy czym wszystkie cztery jej elementy: podlokietnik, dwie nogi i dolna deska laczaca maja, w widoku z boku, charakterystycznie zróznicowane ksztalty. Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa MIDAS.Fig .1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the side of an upholstered piece of furniture intended for furniture such as sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, etc. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, with Fig. 1 showing the side of the furniture in a general view, and Fig. 2 showing the side of the furniture in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design: The side of the upholstered piece of furniture according to the design is in the form of a quadrangular wooden frame, with all four of its elements: the armrest, two legs, and the lower connecting board, having characteristically different shapes when viewed from the side. The armrest and the legs of the side according to the pattern have the form of curved strips, wherein the armrest i, extending with its length beyond the outline of the front and rear frames, has, in a side view, a shape similar to the shape of a flattened letter S, while the legs of the side according to the pattern, in a side view, have a shape similar to the upper part of a flattened letter C, wherein the front leg 2 is slightly higher than the rear leg 3, and its upper part is slightly inclined "towards the back" of the side. The lower part of the side of the furniture according to the pattern is a profiled board 4 located near the ends of the legs, wherein the upper and lower parts of the board have cutouts in the shape, in a side view, of lines resembling the shape of an elongated letter "1" turned back to back, wherein the cutout of the upper part 5 of the board is located near the front leg of the side, and the cutout of the lower part 6 of the board is located near the rear leg of the side board according to the pattern (fig. 1 and 2).
