Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bok mebla tapicerowanego przeznaczony do mebli, takich jak: sofy, wersalki, fotele, itp. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia bok mebla - w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 2 - bok mebla - w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z tapicerowanej profilowanej plyty i drewnianego, listwowego podlokietnika majacego postac, w widoku z boku, poziomo usytuowanej litery „1", której, polaczone owalem ramiona, polozone sa wzgledem siebie pod katem zblizonym do kata 90°. Przednia czesc podlokietnika I umieszczona jest w prostopadlosciennym wybraniu 2 przedniej czesci tapicerowanej plyty, tworzac z nia jedna linie stanowiaca przednia czesc boku mebla wedlug wzoru, przy czym wysokosc wybrania stanowi, w przyblizeniu okolo 50% wysokosci przedniej czesci tapicerowanej plyty. Natomiast górna, usytuowana poziomo czesc podlokietnika 3 umieszczona jest w prostopadlosciennym wybraniu 4 górnej czesci tapicerowanej plyty, tworzac z nia jedna linie, przy czym dlugosc wybrania stanowi, w przyblizeniu, 70% dlugoscigórnej czesci tapicerowanej plyty. W górnej przedniej czesci tapicerowanej plyty, pod owalem listwowego podlokietnika znajduje sie wybranie 5 posiadajace, w widoku z boku, ksztalt litery „1", której ramiona usytuowane sa wzdluz linii prostych polozonych wzgledem siebie pod katem rozwartym. Natomiast, tylna scianka 6 boku mebla wedlug wzoru posiada, w widoku z boku, ksztalt górnej czesci wydluzonej litery C (fig. 1 i 2). Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa JADWIGA.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the side of an upholstered piece of furniture intended for furniture such as sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, etc. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the side of the furniture - in a general view, and Fig. 2 - the side of the furniture - in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The side of the furniture upholstered according to the design consists of an upholstered profiled board and a wooden, slatted armrest in the form, in a side view, of a horizontally positioned letter "1", the arms of which, connected by an oval, are positioned relative to each other at an angle close to 90°. The front part of the armrest I is placed in a cuboidal recess 2 of the front part of the upholstered board, forming with it a single line constituting the front part of the side of the furniture according to the pattern, with the height of the recess being approximately 50% of the height of the front part of the upholstered board. Meanwhile, the upper, horizontally positioned part of the armrest 3 is placed in a cuboidal recess 4 of the upper part of the upholstered board, forming with it a single line, with the length of the recess being approximately 70% of the length of the upper part of the upholstered board. In the upper front part of the upholstered board, under the oval of the slatted armrest, there is a recess 5 having, in a side view, the shape of the letter "1", the arms of which are situated along straight lines placed at an obtuse angle to each other. However, the rear wall 6 of the side of the furniture according to the pattern has, in a side view, the shape of the upper part of an elongated letter C (figs. 1 and 2).
