Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bok mebla tapicerowanego przeznaczony do mebli, takich jak: sofy, wersalki, fotele, itp. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia bok mebla - w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 2 - bok mebla - w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru ma postac, drewnianej ramy, przy czym przednia, górna i tylna czesc ramy tworza profilowane listwy, natomiast dolna czesc ramy stanowi deska laczaca. Górna i przednia czesc boku wedlug wzoru ma postac jednolitej listwy posiadajacej ksztalt litery „1", przy czym, w przyblizeniu poziomo usytuowana podlokietnikowa czesc l listwy, w widoku z boku, przechodzi stopniowo szerokim lukiem 2 w przyblizeniu pionowo usytuowana czesc listwy stanowiaca przednia noge 3 ramowego boku. Tylny koniec 4 podlokietnikowej czesci I listwy przestaje, nieco, poza obrys listwowej tylnej nogi 5 boku wedlug wzoru, przy czym tylna noga ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu wydluzonej górnej czesci litery C pochylonej „ku przodowi" boku - tak, ze dolny koniec tylnej nogi 5 boku przestaje, nieco, poza obrys górnej czesci ramy boku wedlug wzoru. Bok mebla tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa BOJARZYN.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the side of an upholstered piece of furniture intended for furniture such as sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, etc. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the side of the furniture - in a general view, and Fig. 2 - the side of the furniture - in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The side of the upholstered furniture according to the design is in the form of a wooden frame, wherein the front, upper, and rear parts of the frame are formed by profiled strips, while the lower part of the frame is a connecting board. The upper and front parts of the side according to the design are in the form of a uniform strip in the shape of the letter "1", wherein the approximately horizontally arranged armrest part l of the strip, in a side view, gradually passes in a wide arc 2 into the approximately vertically arranged part of the strip constituting the front leg 3 of the frame side. The rear end 4 of the armrest part I of the slat extends slightly beyond the outline of the slatted rear leg 5 of the side according to the pattern, and the rear leg has a shape similar to the shape of the elongated upper part of the letter C inclined "towards the front" of the side - so that the lower end of the rear leg 5 of the side extends slightly beyond the outline of the upper part of the side frame according to the pattern. The connecting piece 6 of the front and rear part of the frame is located slightly above the ends of the front and rear legs of the side according to the pattern, and the height of the board is approximately 1/3 of the height of the frame (fig. 1 and 2).
