Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac mebli wypoczynkowych przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Komplet mebli wypoczynkowy, skladajacy sie z kanapy oraz fotela , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, wyposazony jest w oparcia boczne o ksztalcie luków odchylonych na zewnatrz, które w przedniej czesci od góry ku dolowi posiadaja ozdobny element drewniany zgodny z lukiem oparc, nieco zwezajacy sie ku dolowi. W dolnej czesci podstawy mebli biegnie pozioma listwa ponizej której tapicerka jest silnie pofaldowana . Oparcie tylne posiadaja przeszycia w postaci luków skierowanych ku górze. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture. The essence of the design is a new form of lounge furniture, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing. The set of lounge furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, has the following essential features of an industrial design: it is equipped with side backrests in the shape of outward-curving arcs, which in the front section from top to bottom feature a decorative wooden element matching the arc of the backrests, slightly tapering towards the bottom. A horizontal strip runs along the bottom of the furniture base, below which the upholstery is strongly undulated. The backrest features stitching in the form of upward-curving arcs.
