PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chair intended specifically for office furnishing. Known chairs include a frame, seat, backrest, and armrests, standing on legs, runners, or multi-arm bases equipped with shock absorbers and casters. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chair, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached illustrative material, consisting of a drawing and photograph, in eight varieties, the first four of which are supported by a frame pivotally mounted on a multi-arm base equipped with a shock absorber and casters. The first and second varieties have high backrests, and the third and fourth have low backrests. In the fifth and sixth versions, the seat and backrest are supported by a tubular frame standing on four legs diverging downward, while in the seventh and eighth versions, they are supported by a tubular frame standing on a sled. The second, fourth, sixth, and eighth versions are equipped with armrests. The first version, shown in Figures 1 and 2, shows a chair with a high backrest standing on a multi-arm base. Figure 1 shows the chair in an oblique front view, and Figure 2 in an oblique rear view. The second version, shown in Figures 3 and 4 and photographs Figures 13 and 14, shows a chair with a high backrest and armrests standing on a multi-arm base. Figs. 3 and 13 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Figs. 4 and 14 in an oblique rear view. The third variant, shown in Figs. 5 and 6 and photographs Figs. 15 and 16, shows a chair with a low backrest standing on a multi-arm base. Figs. 5 and 15 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Figs. 6 and 16 in an oblique rear view. The fourth variant, shown in Figs. 7 and 8, shows a chair with a low backrest and armrests standing on a multi-arm base. Fig. 7 shows the chair in an oblique front view, and Fig. 8 in an oblique rear view. The fifth variant, shown in figure 9 and photographs, figures 17 and 18, shows a chair standing on four legs diverging downwards. Figs. 9 and 17 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Fig. 18 in an oblique rear view. The sixth variant, shown in figure 10, shows a chair with armrests standing on four legs diverging downwards, in an oblique front view. The seventh variant, shown in figure 11 and photographs, figures 19 and 20, shows a chair standing on a sled. Figs. 11 and 19 show the chair in an oblique front view, and Fig. 20 in an oblique rear view. The eighth design, shown in Figure 12, depicts a chair with armrests standing on a sled frame, viewed from an oblique front view. These are essential features of the industrial design. All chair designs in the design feature a metal frame supporting the seat and backrest. The chair's quadrangular, padded, and upholstered seat is lowered at the front and rear and features a transverse, arched seam on top, with the convexity facing forward. The padded and upholstered backrest is shaped like a contoured quadrangle, curved backward, with a transverse, arched seam on the rear surface, with the convexity facing downward. The edges of the seat and backrest are accentuated with stitching, with the lower edge of the seat, which merges into the rear edge of the backrest, accentuated with a beaded seam. Varieties two, four, six, and eight are equipped with armrests whose supports, attached to the chair frame, extend from the side of the seat, run diagonally upward, and are finished with oval feet.
