Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznacze- niem do salonów, gabinetów, pokoi kominkowych i telewizyjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - fotel dwuosobowy w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fo- tel jednoosobowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - fotel jednoosobowy i dwuosobowy w widoku z boku z taboretem - podnózkiem, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - pokazano fotel dwuosobowy w widoku z przodu, na fig. 5 - fotel dwuosobowy w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - fotel jednoosobowy w widokuperspektywicznym, fig. 9 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z boku, fig. 10 - taboret - podnózek oraz na fig. 11 do fig. 16 - meble w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza fotel dwuosobowy, fotel jednoosobowy i taboret charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa posadowione na metalowych nogach, a boki foteli sa wysokie, wystaja nad oparcie i kazdy ma dwie plyty, z których usytuowana wertykalnie jest profilowana w ten sposób, ze w górnej i tylnej czesci stanowi splaszczona poduche w ksztalcie frag- mentu elipsy, do której przylega plyta w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, polozona wzdluz siedziska i stanowiaca jednoczesnie podlokietnik, wyprofilowana w ten sposób, ze od strony siedziska jest plaska, od czola wzdluz podstawy siedziska jest prostokatna, natomiast powyzej, od poduchy siedziska jest na zewnatrz pólkoliscie wyoblona, przy czym wypuklosc ta, podkreslona przeszyciem od czola i na zewnetrznej stronie, prze- biega lukiem od miejsca laczenia z wertykalnie ustawiona plyta boku do poziomu dol- nej krawedzi poduchy siedziska. Poduchy oparcia sa wysokie i wyprofilowane w ten sposób, ze przypominaja jakby polowe cyfry „8", z tym, ze wypuklosc zaglówka jest mniejsza i jest oddzielona od dolnej, wiekszej dwoma guzikami z tego samego materia- lu co poszycie poduchy, zas wypuklosc krzyzowo - ledzwiowa oparcia jest wieksza i tak wyprofilowana aby przystawala do naturalnej krzywizny kregoslupa, zas poduchy siedziska sa wyprofilowane w ten sposób, ze na srodkowej plaszczyznie znajduje sie lagodne wzdluzne zaglebienie ale nie siegajace do krawedzi przy podlokietnikach, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 i fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 16. Fotel dwuosobowy ma dwie poduchy oparcia, kazda z dwoma guzikami, pola- czone pionowym szwem przechodzacym w szew laczacy poduchy siedziska, przy czym zaglebienie w poduchach siedziska tworzy jedna calosc, jak pokazano na zala- czonym rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 4 , fig. 5. Fotel jednoosobowy ma po jednej podusze oparcia i siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i fotografii fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8.Taboret w widoku bocznym ma prostokatny ksztalt, przy czym krawedz siedzi- ska jest lagodnym lukiem wypukla, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.3 i zala- czonej fotografii fig. 10. Meble sa posadowione na trójkatnych, metalowych, chromowanych nogach z gietego plaskownika, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 i fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 16. Meble moga wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach kolorystycz- nych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig.7 do fig. 16. Meble moga byc pokryte gladka skóra licowana, zamszem lub nubukiem. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP - Meble2001, Poznań, Poland). The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended for living rooms, offices, fireplace rooms, and television rooms. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a two-seater armchair in a front view, in fig. 2 - a single-seater armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a single-seater and a two-seater armchair in a side view with a stool/footrest, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 shows a two-seater armchair in a front view, in fig. 5 - a two-seater armchair in a perspective view, fig. 6 - a single-seater armchair in a perspective view, fig. 7 - a single-seater armchair in a front view, fig. 8 - a single-seater armchair in a perspective view, fig. 9 - a single-seater armchair in a side view, fig. 10 - a stool/footrest and in fig. 11 to fig. 16 - furniture in various color variants. Upholstered lounge furniture in an industrial design, consisting of a two-seater armchair, a single armchair and a stool, is set on metal legs, and the sides of the armchairs are high, protruding above the backrest, and each has two boards, the vertical one of which is profiled in such a way that in the upper and rear part it forms a flattened cushion in the shape of a fragment of an ellipse, to which is attached a board in a shape close to a trapezium, placed along the seat and constituting at the same time an armrest, profiled in such a way that on the side of the seat it is flat, on the front along the base of the seat it is rectangular, while above, from the seat cushion it is rounded outwards in a semicircular shape, and this convexity, emphasized by stitching on the front and on the back, is on the outer side, runs in an arc from the point of connection with the vertically positioned side panel to the level of the lower edge of the seat cushion. The backrest cushions are high and profiled in such a way that they resemble half of the number "8", but the headrest convexity is smaller and is separated from the lower, larger one by two buttons made of the same material as the cushion cover, while the sacro-lumbar convexity of the backrest is larger and profiled so as to fit the natural curve of the spine, and the seat cushions are profiled in such a way that in the middle plane there is a gentle longitudinal depression, but not reaching the edges at the armrests, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 16. The two-seater armchair has two backrest cushions, each with two buttons, connected by a vertical seam that passes into the seam connecting the seat cushions, and the depression in the cushions the seats form one whole, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 4, Fig. 5. The single-seater armchair has one backrest and one seat cushion, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8. The stool in a side view has a rectangular shape, with the edge of the seat being a gentle convex arc, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and photograph Fig. 10. The furniture is set on triangular, metal, chrome-plated legs made of bent flat bar, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 16. The furniture can be available in various varieties and color compositions, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 7 to Fig. 16. The furniture can be covered with smooth leather veneered, suede or nubuck. The furniture according to the pattern is stylized to resemble furniture from bygone eras.
