Meble wypoczynkowe Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach i foto- grafiach, na których pokazano - na rysunkach na fig. 1 - kanape w wido- ku z przodu, na fig. 2 - mebel w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu oraz zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 4 - pokazano kana- pe w widoku z przodu, na fig. 5 i 8 - fotel w widoku ogólnym, fig. 6 - kanape w widoku ogólnym, fig. 7 mebel w widoku z boku, fig. 9 fotel w widoku z przodu. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa skomponowane z tapicerowanych graniastoslupów o prostokatnej pod- stawie majacych zaokraglone krawedzie i narozniki, przeszycia wzdluz krawedzi podkreslajace ksztalt poszczególnych elementów. Boki mebli maja wszywki z poszycia w innym kolorze w ksztalcie trójramiennej gwiazdy, przy czym ramiona gwiazdy oplataja boki zarówno po ze- wnetrznej jak i po wewnetrznej stronie. Oparcia mebli maja forme pro- stokatnych wypuklych i w górnej czesci zaokraglonych poduch na szczy- cie których sa umieszczone zaglówki w ksztalcie splaszczonego walca,jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do 3 i zalaczonych foto- grafiach fig. 4 do fig. 9. Kanapa ma siedzisko i oparcie symetrycznie podzielone na dwie czesci pionowym przeszyciem, przy czym na kazdej czesci oparcia jest zaglówek. Fotel ma siedzisko i oparcie, przy czym na górnej czesci oparcia jest zaglówek. Meble sa posadowione na rurkowatych nogach zakonczonych sto- pami w ksztalcie talerzyków. Meble moga wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach ko- lorystycznych. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - a front view of the sofa, Fig. 2 - a side view of the furniture, Fig. 3 - a front view of the armchair, and the attached photographs, where Fig. 4 - a front view of the sofa, Figs. 5 and 8 - a general view of the armchair, Fig. 6 - a general view of the sofa, Fig. 7 - a side view of the furniture, and Fig. 9 - a front view of the armchair. Industrial-style furniture is characterized by its composition of upholstered prisms with rectangular bases, rounded edges and corners, and stitching along the edges that emphasize the shape of individual elements. The sides of the furniture feature inserts made of upholstery in a different color in the shape of a three-pointed star, with the star's arms wrapping around the sides on both the outside and inside. The furniture backrests are rectangular, convex cushions with rounded upper sections, topped by headrests in the shape of flattened cylinders, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 3, and the attached photographs, Figs. 4 to 9. The sofa has a seat and backrest symmetrically divided into two parts by a vertical stitching, with a headrest on each part of the backrest. The armchair has a seat and backrest, with a headrest on the upper part of the backrest. The furniture rests on tubular legs ending in saucer-shaped feet. The furniture is available in various varieties and color combinations. The furniture can be covered with non-woven fabric, leather, or a leather-like material.
