Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy zlozony z kanapy fotela oraz pufy, przeznaczony do wypoczynku. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kanape, fig.2 fotel, zas fig.3 pufe. Zestaw wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie charakterystycznym ksztaltem poszczególnych elementów oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwem i kolorystyka. The design is shown in the attached illustration in a perspective view, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa, Fig. 2 the armchair, and Fig. 3 the pouffe. The set, as designed, is distinguished by the characteristic shape of the individual elements and the applied ornamentation and color scheme. A sofa according to the pattern consisting of seats, back and side backrests and legs, characterized in that the side backrests are in the form of upholstered cushions in the shape of an elongated cuboid, extended beyond the outline of the sofa and profiled in such a way that the upper one, situated at an angle, has an outline similar to a stylized, inverted letter "L", while the lower one, running horizontally along the base, has a straight outline, while the back backrests are in the form of two solids with an outline in a side view similar to a right-angled triangle with rounded corners and an upholstery stitching located centrally in the middle, and in the lower part, legs made of a steel flat bar with an arc shape with an arc base directed inwards are situated symmetrically on the corners, the sofa cover is made of red leather, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - Armchair according to the pattern composed of a seat, back and side backrests and legs, characterized in that the side backrests are in the form of upholstered cushions in the shape of an elongated cuboid, extended beyond the outline of the sofa and profiled in such a way that the upper one, situated at an angle, has an outline similar to a stylized, inverted letter "L", while the lower one, running horizontally along the base, has a straight outline, while the back backrest is in the form of a solid with an outline in a side view similar to a right-angled triangle with rounded corners and an upholstery stitching located centrally, while in the lower part, legs made of a steel flat bar with an arc-shaped outline and an arc base directed inwards are situated symmetrically on the corners, the armchair cover is made of red leather, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 2.
