Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel przeznaczony do po- koju lub salonu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Z polskiego opisu wzoru Rz 12735 znana jest sofa wypoczynkowa, która ma oparcie uksztaltowane w postac dwu zaokraglonych od góry poduch o nierównej szerokosci i o równej wysokosci, z których poducha wieksza prawa ma ksztalt nieregularnego owalu z prawa zewnetrzna czescia uksztaltowana wklesle, odpowiednio do zarysu prawego podlokietnika, a lewa mniejsza poducha ma ksztalt równiez nieregularnego owalu, którego bok lewy jest uksztaltowany wklesle, odpowiednio do zarysu lewego pod- lokietnika, a bok prawy zarysowany wklesle, odpowiednio do wypuklego w tym miejscu zarysu lewej bocznej czesci poduch prawej. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The Polish design description Rz 12735 describes a lounge sofa with a backrest shaped as two rounded cushions of unequal width and height, the larger right cushion having the shape of an irregular oval with its outer right section concave, corresponding to the outline of the right armrest. The smaller left cushion is also shaped as an irregular oval, with its left side concave, corresponding to the outline of the left armrest, and the right side concave, corresponding to the convex outline of the left side of the right cushions. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a chaise longue in the version without a side panel in a side view, fig. 2 - a chaise longue in the version with a side panel in a side view, fig. 3 - a chaise longue with a side panel in a front view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 and fig. 5 show the furniture in a general view. The chaise longue furniture according to the industrial design is characterized in that the seat and the headrest constitute one solid containing elements of circle segments, in a side view resembling a modified right-angled triangle resting on the longer leg, where the transition from the headrest to the seat is in the form of an arc, while the upper top of the headrest and the end of the seat are rounded, and on the front side of the headrest there is a ring, the whole being placed on tubular legs, the pair of which located under the seat is provided with wheels, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The chaise longue may have a side panel with rounded tops enclosing the headrest and part of the seat, the headrest may be separated from the seat by stitching, and on the headrest, in the place where the ring is located, there may be a niche, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and photograph Fig. 5. The chaise longue may be equipped with a roller, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 5. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The chaise longue according to the industrial design is characterized in that the seat and the headrest constitute one solid containing elements of circle segments, in a side view resembling a modified triangle rectangular resting on the longer leg, where the transition from the headrest to the seat is in the form of an arc, while the upper top of the headrest and the end of the seat are rounded, and there is a ring on the front side of the headrest, the whole being mounted on tubular legs, the pair of which located under the seat is provided with wheels, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. 2.
