Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 2002 roku. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Z polskiego opisu wzoru zdobniczego zarejestrowanego pod nr R z 13631 jest znany fotel, którego element nosny stanowi jeden odcinek rury, odpowiednio wygietej, tak aby podstawa oraz dwa boki byly w ksztalcie litery „U", przy czym górne ramiona bo- ków maja konce podgiete do góry, z kolei jednoczesciowy element tapicerowany ma sie- dzisko o zarysie prostokatnym i zaokraglonych przednich narozach, oraz oparcie o zary- sie prostokatnym, przy czym górna czesc oparcia zakonczona jest luzno zwisajacym, prostokatnym platem poszycia, który stanowi zaglówek, natomiast podlokietniki sa w ksztalcie walców, przez osie których przechodza górne ramiona boków.Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - fotel z metalowym stelazem w widoku z przodu, na fig.2 - fotel z metalowym stelazem w widoku z boku oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 3 -pokazano fotel z metalowym stelazem w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 fotel z metalo- wym stelazem w widoku z boku. Fotel z sprezystym elementem nosnym, tapicerowanym siedziskiem i oparciem charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma metalowy stelaz z rurek zespolonych w zamknieta forme przestrzenna w widoku z boku przypominajaca stylizowana mala litery „e", z tym, ze jej górne elementy stanowia podlokietniki, na wewnetrznych spoczywa siedzisko stanowia- ce calosc wraz z oparciem, zas dolne stanowia nogi, jak pokazano na zalaczonym ry- sunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 i fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4. Poszycie siedziska i oparcia ma fakture szachownicy zaopatrzonej na oparciu w dwa rzedy guzików o kolorach elementów szachownicy umieszczonych kolorami na- przemiennie w miejscach styku elementów szachownicy, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii - fig. 3 i fig. 4. The subject of the industrial design is an armchair. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The Polish description of the ornamental design registered under the number R z 13631 shows an armchair whose supporting element is one section of a tube, suitably bent so that the base and two sides are in the shape of the letter "U", with the upper arms of the sides having their ends bent upwards, while the one-piece upholstered element has a seat with a rectangular outline and rounded front corners, and a backrest with a rectangular outline, the upper part of the backrest ending with a loosely hanging, rectangular panel of upholstery, which constitutes the headrest, while the armrests are in the shape of cylinders, through the axes of which the upper arms of the sides pass. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which shows - in the drawing in Fig. 1 - an armchair with a metal frame in a front view, in Fig. 2 - an armchair with a metal frame in a side view and in attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows an armchair with a metal frame in a front view, Fig. 4 shows an armchair with a metal frame in a side view. The armchair with a flexible supporting element, upholstered seat and backrest is characterized by a metal frame made of tubes joined into a closed spatial form resembling a stylized lowercase letter "e" in a side view, with the upper elements being the armrests, the seat being a whole with the backrest resting on the inner elements, and the lower elements being the legs, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The seat and backrest upholstery has a chessboard texture, provided on the backrest with two rows of buttons in the colors of the chessboard elements, placed alternately in the places where the chessboard elements meet, as shown in the attached photographs - Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
