Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych no- wa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest aksonometrycznym widokiem fotela, fig. 2 jego widokiem z boku, a fig. 3 jest widokiem fotela z przodu, natomiast fig 4 jest fotografia wzoru. Fotel zawiera podstawe oraz siedzisko w formie prostokatnej plyty z zaokraglo- nymi naroznikami oraz przylegajace do jej tylnego boku oparcie plecowe. Po- wierzchnia czolowa wychodzacego ponad powierzchnie górna siedziska dolne- go fragmentu oparcia plecowego w widoku z boku jest wybrzuszona w strone powierzchni siedziska. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view of the armchair, Fig. 2 is a side view, Fig. 3 is a front view of the armchair, and Fig. 4 is a photograph of the design. The armchair comprises a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular board with rounded corners, and a backrest adjacent to its rear side. In a side view, the front surface of the lower section of the backrest, which protrudes above the upper surface of the seat, bulges towards the seat surface. The base is a rod that creates a spatial frame, the elements of which in the front view reproduce the shape of the letter "H". The armrest slats protrude from under the surface of the lower ends of the upper arms of the base frame rods. In the front view, the backrest, starting from the edge of the armrests, narrows evenly towards the seat. PL PL PL PL
