Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli do siedzenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych no- wa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Zestaw zawiera dwa elementy, z których kazdy jest oddzielna odmiana wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest aksonometrycznym widokiem fotela we- dlug jego odmiany pierwszej fig. 2 aksonometrycznym widokiem fotela wedlug jego odmiany drugiej, a fig. 3 jest widokiem z boku fotela wedlug jego pierwszej odmiany, natomiast fig 4 widokiem z boku fotela wedlug jego odmiany drugiej, ponadto fig. 5 jest widokiem z przodu fotela wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru, a fig. 6 widokiem z przodu fotela wedlug odmiany drugiej, poza tym fig. 7 jest fo- tografia pierwszej odmiany wzoru, a fig. 8 jest fotografia drugiej odmiany wzoru. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its components. The set contains two components, each of which is a separate design variant. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view of the armchair according to its first variant, Fig. 2 is an axonometric view of the armchair according to its second variant, Fig. 3 is a side view of the armchair according to its first variant, while Fig. 4 is a side view of the armchair according to its second variant. Furthermore, Fig. 5 is a front view of the armchair according to the first variant of the design, and Fig. 6 is a front view of the armchair according to the second variant. Furthermore, Fig. 7 is a photograph of the first variant of the design, and Fig. 8 is a photograph of the second variant of the design. The armchair, according to the first variation of the industrial design, comprises a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular board with rounded corners, and a two-piece high backrest adjacent to its rear side. The front surfaces of the lower section of the backrest, which protrudes above the upper surface of the seat, bulge towards the seat surface in a side view. In a front view, the high backrest narrows evenly from bottom to top. The base is a rod forming a spatial frame, the elements of which in the front view reproduce the shape of the letter "H," and in the top view, the shape of the letter "U," while in the side views, the upper arms of the rods are inclined towards the seat. At the height of the upper edge of the smaller lower part of the backrest, armrest slats extend in arcs from the ends of the upper arms of the base frame rods. The armchair, according to the second industrial design, comprises a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular board with rounded corners, and a two-piece high backrest adjacent to its rear side. The front surfaces of the lower part of the backrest extending above the upper surface of the seat are bulging towards the seat surface in a side view. In a front view, the high backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The base is a rod forming a spatial frame, the elements of which in front and top views reproduce the shape of the letter "U," while in side views, the upper arms of the rods are inclined towards the seat. At the height of the upper edge of the smaller lower part of the backrest, there are armrest slats extending from under the surface of the lower ends of the upper arms of the base frame rods. PL PL PL
