Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig. 1, 2 i 3 przedstawiaja odmiane pierwsza wzoru przemy- slowego, a fig. 4, 5 i 6 jego odmiane druga poza tym fig. 7 jest kopia fotografii fotela wedlug odmiany pierwszej, a fig. 8 kopia fotografii fotela wedlug odmiany drugiej. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of the elements making up its individual varieties, and manifesting itself in the original shape and arrangement of the edge lines of each variation of the design. The subject of the pattern has been shown on the enclosed illustrative material, in which Figs. 1, 2 and 3 show the first variation of the industrial design, and Figs. 4, 5 and 6 its second variation, in addition to Fig. 7, is a copy of a photograph of the armchair according to the variation. the first, and fig. 8 a copy of a photograph of the armchair according to the second variant. The armchair, according to the variation of the first industrial design, includes a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded corners and a backrest protruding from its rear side. The front surfaces of the lower part of the backrest protruding above the upper surface of the seat in the side view are bulged towards the seat surface. In the front view, the backrest taper evenly from bottom to top. The base is a pretext that forms a spatial frame. In the side views, at the height of the bulge of the backrest, there are armrest slats moved away from the surface of the backrest. The armchair, according to the second industrial design variant, includes a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded corners and a backrest protruding from its back side. The front surfaces of the lower part of the backrest extending above the upper surface of the seat in the side view are bulged towards the seat surface. In the front view, the backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The base is a pole forming a spatial frame, the elements of which in the side views reflect the shape of the stylized letter "C", while in the front view the frame elements are arranged in the shape of the letter "U", while in the side views, at the height of the bulge of the backrest, they are the armrest slats are moved away from the backrest surface. Significant features of the industrial design 1. The armchair, according to the variation of the first industrial design, with a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded corners, and a backrest protruding from its rear side, has characteristic features of an industrial design, according to which the front surfaces protruding above the surfaces the upper seat of the lower part of the backrest in the side view are bulged towards the surface of the seat, while in the front view the backrest taper evenly from the bottom upwards, moreover, the base is a rod forming a spatial frame, moreover in side views, at height bumps in the backrest, there are visible armrests away from the surface of the backrest, as shown in the accompanying illustrative material, Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 7. 2.
