Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa przeznaczona do siedzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów i linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym - fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane sofy w widoku perspektywicznym, - fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane sofy w widoku perspektywicznym, - fig.3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane sofy w widoku perspektywicznym. Sofa posiada siedzisko wsparte na cokole, sciane tylna oraz oparcia boczne. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana sofy ma siedzisko wraz z bokami i tylnym oparciem, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze siedzisko sofy utworzone jest dwu warstw i wsparte jest na cokole, przy czym cokól siedziska ma lukowe podciecie krawedzi dolnej, zas do siedziska przylegaja boki, których sciany boczne w górnej czesci maja lukowe wywiniecia na zewnatrz, na które nalozone sa poduchy, które tworza w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, natomiast tylne oparcie siedziska utworzone jest z dwóch warstw, przy czym warstwa tylna jest nizsza od warstwy oparcia od strony siedziska, zas warstwa oparcia od strony siedziskama w czesci dolnej wybrzuszenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu walka i jest podzielona trzema ozdobnymi pionowymi przeszyciami zakonczonymi w miejscu wybrzuszenia, przy czym przeszycia te tworza w widoku z przodu zarysy pionowo usytuowanych prostokatów, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements and lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the sofa in a perspective view; - Fig. 2 shows the second version of the sofa in a perspective view; - Fig. 3 shows the third version of the sofa in a perspective view. The sofa has a seat supported by a plinth, a back wall, and side support. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first variant of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is made of two layers and is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat plinth has an arched undercut of the lower edge, and the seat is adjoined by sides, the side walls of which in the upper part have arched outwards folds, on which cushions are placed, which in a top view create a shape close to a rectangle, while the back backrest of the seat is made of two layers, wherein the back layer is lower than the backrest layer on the seat side, and the backrest layer on the seat side has in its lower part a bulge in the shape close to the shape of a cylinder and is divided by three decorative vertical stitching ending at the bulge, wherein in a front view these stitching create outlines of vertically arranged rectangles, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combination. Second Variation In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the second variant of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is divided into two equal parts and is made of two layers and is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat plinth has an arched undercut of the lower edge, and the sides are adjacent to the seat, the side walls of which in the upper part have arched outwards folds, on which cushions are placed, which in a top view create a shape close to a rectangle, while the back backrest of the seat is made of two layers, wherein the back layer is lower than the backrest layer on the seat side, and the backrest layer on the seat side has in its lower part a bulge in the shape close to the shape of a cylinder and is divided by five decorative vertical stitching ending in the place of the bulge, wherein these stitching in the front view they form the outlines of vertically arranged rectangles, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. Third Variation In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the third variant of the sofa has a seat with sides and a backrest, wherein the essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the seat of the sofa is divided into three equal parts and is made of two layers and is supported on a plinth, wherein the seat plinth has an arched undercut of the lower edge, and the sides are adjacent to the seat, the side walls of which in the upper part have arched outwards folds, on which cushions are placed, which in a top view create a shape close to a rectangle, while the back backrest of the seat is made of two layers, wherein the back layer is lower than the backrest layer on the seat side, and the backrest layer on the seat side has in its lower part a bulge in the shape close to the shape of a cylinder and is divided by seven decorative vertical stitching ending in the bulge, wherein the stitching These form the outlines of vertically arranged rectangles in the front view, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3.
