Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych no- wa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest aksonometrycznym widokiem fotela, fig. 2 widokiem fotela z boku, natomiast fig 3 jest widokiem fotela z przodu, ponadto fig. 4 jest fotografia wzoru. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera podstawe oraz siedzisko w formie prostokatnej plyty z zaokraglonymi naroznikami oraz przylegajace do jej tylnego boku dwuczesciowe oparcie plecowe wysokie, którego krawedz górna wienczy zaglówek. Powierzchnie czolowe oparcia plecowego w widoku z boku sa wy- brzuszone w strone powierzchni siedziska. W widoku z przodu czesc dolna oparcia plecowego wysokiego zweza sie równomiernie w strone siedziska, a czesc górna tego oparcia zweza sie w kierunku od dolu do góry. Podstawa jest kolumna oparta na stopie w formie rozchodzacych sie gwiezdziscie wsporników zwienczonych kólkami, przy czym od dolu wsporniki sa zakonczone kólkami, przy czym na wysokosci przejscia dolnego, nachylonego w strone powierzchni górnej siedziska, fragmentu oparcia plecowego w powierzchnie odchylona odpowierzchni siedziska, sa usytuowane podlokietniki, których wsporniki wycho- dza spod siedziska. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view of the armchair, Fig. 2 is a side view of the armchair, Fig. 3 is a front view of the armchair, and Fig. 4 is a photograph of the design. The armchair, according to the industrial design, comprises a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular panel with rounded corners, and a two-part high backrest adjacent to its rear side, the upper edge of which is topped by a headrest. In a side view, the front surfaces of the backrest bulge towards the seat surface. In the front view, the lower section of the high backrest tapers evenly toward the seat, while the upper section tapers upwards. The base is a column resting on a foot in the form of radiating star-shaped supports topped with wheels, with the supports topped with wheels at the bottom. Armrests, whose supports extend from under the seat, are located at the height where the lower section of the backrest, which is inclined toward the upper surface of the seat, transitions into the sloped surface of the seat.
