SOF A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia : 05.05.2003. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 2 przedstawia sofe w widoku bocznym. Odmiane wzoru przemyslowego stanowiaca sofe trzyosobowa pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 3 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowym, zas fig. 4 przedstawia sofe w widoku bocznym. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada plyte dolna w postacisplaszczonego prostopadloscianu o scietych ukosnie do dolu plaszczyznach bocznych i lekko zaokraglonych naroznikach. Powierzchnia frontowa plyty dolnej podzielona jest na trzy sekcje , z których srodkowa jest szeroka a boczne sa waskie, zas linie oddzielajace sekcje srodkowa od sekcji bocznych ulozone sa pionowo. Na sekcji srodkowej plyty dolnej sofy ulozone jest zblizonej grubosci siedzisko w postaci prostopadlosciennej wydluzonej plyty o ukosnie scietych do dolu kra- wedziach powierzchni frontowej i nieznacznie wypuklej powierzchni górnej. Na sekcjach bocznych plyty dolnej sofy spoczywaja oparcia boczne w postaci grubych oparc bocznych , które w widoku frontowym maja postac rombów skierowanych odchyleniem na zewnatrz . W widoku frontowym wewnetrzne plaszczyzny oparc bocznych lacza sie z pionowymi liniami rozgraniczajacymi sekcje plyty dolnej , zas ich plaszczyzny zewnetrzne zachodza na szerokosc okolo 2/3 szerokosci sekcji bocznych plyty dolnej sofy tworzac ozdobna zewnetrzna pólke . Powierzchnie frontowe oparc bocznych sofy sciete sa nieznacznie ukosnie do dolu zas od góry przechodza lagodnym zaokragleniem w plaszczyzny wierzchnie oparc bocznych. W widoku bocznym oparcia boczne maja ukosnie sciete do dolu krawedzie tylne przylegajace do ukosnie ustawionej scianki tylnej sofy, która ma z boku ksztalt rombu o lekko wygietej tylnej powierzchni i nieznacznym górnym zwezeniu. Scianka tylna sofy ma szerokosc równa szerokosci plyty dolnej , zas jej krawedzie boczne ustawione sa pionowo. Na siedzisku sofy ulozone jest szerokie oparcie tylne przylegajace od tylu do scianki tylnej . Poduszka oparcia tylnego pochylona jest do tylu i ma postac dwóch zlaczonych sekcji - dolnej i górnej. Sekcja dolna poduszki oparcia tylnego sofy ma w widoku frontowym postac trapezu zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, którego górna krawedz pokrywa sie z linia plaszczyzn wierzchnich oparc bocznych , zas jej szerokosc zblizona jest do szerokosci siedziska. Sekcja górna poduszki oparcia tylnego ma postac trapezu zwezajacego sie ku górze i wychodzacego ponad linie górnej krawedzi scianki tylnej sofy, zas po bokach zachodzacego w okolice srodkowych partii plaszczyzn wierzchnich oparcbocznych , przy czym szerokosc sekcji górnej poduszki oparcia tylnego jest niniejsza od szerokosci scianki tylnej sofy. W widoku bocznym sekcja górna poduszki oparcia tylnego sofy ma ksztalt pochylonego do tylu klina zwezajacego sie stopniowo do góry, przy czym jego krawedz dolna jest pozioma, zas krawedz górna nachylona jest ukosnie do tylu i skierowana ku dolowi. Krawedzie plaszczyzny frontowej plyty dolnej oraz jej sekcji oraz krawedzie plaszczyzn wierzchnich i bocznych oparc bocznych sofy , siedziska , poduchy oparcia tylnego i scianki tylnej podkreslaja ozdobne linie przeszyc, jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 . Odmiane sofy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi sofa trzyosobowa , której siedzisko podzielone jest na trzy zblizonej szerokosci poduchy o prostych liniach styku , zas do oparcia tylnego przylegaja trzy poduszki oparcia tylnego w postaci dwóch zlaczonych sekcji - dolnej i górnej. Poduszka srodkowa ma proste pionowe krawedzie boczne, natomiast przylegajace do niej poduszki skrajne maja boki uksztaltowane analogicznie jak boki poduszki oparcia tylnego sofy dwuosobowej , jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach - fig. 3 i fig. 4 .Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4 PLSOF A The industrial design registration right is valid from: 05.05.2003. The industrial design is a sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-seater sofa in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side view. A variation of the industrial design, constituting a three-seater sofa, is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 3 shows the sofa in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows the sofa in a side view. The sofa, according to the industrial design, has a bottom panel in the form of a flattened cuboid with side surfaces cut diagonally downwards and slightly rounded corners. The front surface of the bottom panel is divided into three sections, the middle section being wide and the side sections being narrow, with the lines separating the middle section from the side sections arranged vertically. On the middle section of the sofa's bottom panel is placed a seat of similar thickness, in the form of an elongated cuboid board with diagonally cut down edges on the front surface and a slightly convex upper surface. The side sections of the sofa's bottom panel support the side support panels, which, in the front view, have the form of diamonds with an outward tilt. In the front view, the inner surfaces of the side backrests connect to the vertical lines demarcating the bottom panel sections, while their outer surfaces overlap by approximately two-thirds the width of the side sections of the sofa's bottom panel, creating a decorative outer shelf. The front surfaces of the sofa's side backrests are cut slightly diagonally downwards, and from the top, they merge with a gentle curve into the top surfaces of the side backrests. In the side view, the side backrests have diagonally cut back edges adjacent to the diagonally oriented rear wall of the sofa, which has a diamond-shaped side with a slightly curved rear surface and a slight upper taper. The sofa's rear wall is equal in width to the bottom panel, and its side edges are vertical. The sofa seat features a wide backrest, resting on the rear wall. The backrest cushion is tilted backward and consists of two connected sections: a lower and an upper section. The lower section of the backrest cushion, viewed from the front, has the shape of a trapezoid tapering downward, its upper edge aligning with the top planes of the side backrests, and its width is similar to the width of the seat. The upper section of the backrest cushion is a trapezoid tapering upward, extending above the top edge of the back wall of the sofa, and extending to the midpoints of the side backrests at the sides, with the width of the upper section of the backrest cushion being smaller than the width of the back wall of the sofa. In a side view, the upper section of the sofa's backrest cushion has the shape of a rearward-sloping wedge that gradually tapers upward, with its lower edge horizontal and the upper edge sloping diagonally backward and directed downward. The edges of the front surface of the bottom panel and its sections, and the edges of the top and side surfaces of the sofa's side backrests, seat, backrest cushion, and rear wall, are emphasized by decorative stitching lines, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. A variation of the sofa according to the industrial design is a three-seater sofa, the seat of which is divided into three cushions of similar widths with straight contact lines, and the three backrest cushions adjoin the backrest in the form of two connected sections – lower and upper. The middle cushion has straight vertical side edges, while the adjacent outer cushions have sides shaped similarly to the sides of the backrest cushion of a two-seater sofa, as shown in the attached drawings - Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
