Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowym, zas fig. 2 przedstawia sofe w widoku bocznym. Odmiany sofy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi sofa z siedziskiem i oparciem dwudzielnym pokazana na zalaczonych rysunkach na fig. 3 w widoku czolowym , oraz sofa z siedziskiem i oparciem trójdzielnym pokazana na zalaczonych rysunkach na fig. 4 w widoku czolowym. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwuwarstwowe siedzisko w pos -taci wydluzonych prostopadlosciennych plyt ulozonych jedna na drugiej , przy czym plyta górna ma nieznacznie zaokraglone linie brzegowe . Krawedzie tylne scianek bocznych przylegaja do scianki tylnej sofy majacej postac rozszerzajacego sie ku dolowi klina, którego plaszczyzna wewnetrzna jest pochylona w stosunku do pionu, zas plaszczyzna tylna jest pionowa. Od góry i od dolu scianka tylna sofy scieta jest poziomo. Plaszczyzny boczne scianki tylna pokrywaja sie z plaszczyznami zewnetrznymi scianek bocznych sofy. Oparcie tylne sofy stanowi poducha, która w widoku frontowym ma postac wydluzonego prostokata o prostokatnych wycieciach w bocznych dolnych naroznikach , przy czym linie górne tych wyciec stykaja sie z linia powierzchni górnej scianek bocznych. PLSOF A The industrial design registration right is valid from: 05.05.2003. The subject of the industrial design is a sofa with one elongated seat and a backrest cushion. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side view. Variations of the sofa according to the industrial design include a sofa with a two-part seat and backrest, shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 3 (front view), and a sofa with a three-part seat and backrest, shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 4 (front view). The industrial-style sofa features a double-layered seat composed of elongated, rectangular panels stacked one on top of the other, with the top panel having slightly rounded edges. The sofa's side walls are constructed of thick panels that, when viewed from the side, resemble an inverted trapezoid. The upper corners of the front of the sofa's side walls are slightly rounded. The rear edges of the side walls abut the sofa's rear wall, which is shaped like a wedge that widens downward, with the inner plane tilted relative to the vertical, while the rear plane is vertical. The rear wall of the sofa is cut horizontally at the top and bottom. The side planes of the rear wall align with the outer planes of the sofa's side walls. The backrest of the sofa is a cushion that, in a front view, has the form of an elongated rectangle with rectangular cutouts in the lower side corners, with the top lines of these cutouts meeting the top surface of the side walls. The backrest cushion of the sofa meets the top surface of the seat at the bottom and extends above the back wall of the sofa. In the front view, the lower part of the backrest cushion fills the space between the side walls, while above the line of the rectangular cutouts, its sides overlap the middle of the sofa's side walls. Decorative recesses are located on the front surface of the backrest cushion and at the height of the top line of the rectangular cutouts. In the side view, the backrest cushion of the sofa has a horizontally cut top section and a parallel top line of the rectangular cutouts. The edges connecting the individual surfaces of the sofa and its components are emphasized by decorative stitching lines, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. A variation of the industrial-design sofa is a sofa with a two-part upper seat panel and a two-part backrest. The upper seat panel is in the form of two connected cuboid panels, while the backrest of the sofa is in the form of two backrest cushions connected by vertically beveled inner sides. The outer sides of the backrest cushions, the side walls, and the back wall of the sofa, as well as its decorations, are in the form of a sofa with one elongated seat and one backrest cushion, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 3. A variation of the industrial-design sofa is a sofa with a three-part seat and a three-part backrest. The upper seat panel is made of three interconnected rectangular panels, while the backrest is made of three interconnected backrest cushions. The center backrest cushion, viewed from the front, is a rectangle that meets the inner sides of the outer cushions. The outer sides of the outer backrest cushions, the side walls, the back wall of the sofa, and its decorations are shaped like those of a sofa with one extended seat and one backrest cushion, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 4.
