Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia fotel w widoku bocznym, zas fig. 3 przedstawia fotel w widoku czolowo - bocznym . Odmiane fotela wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi fotel rozkladany pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach , na których fig. 4 przedstawia widok czolowy, zas fig. 5 przedstwaia fotel rozkladany w widku czolowo - bocznym. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwuwarstwowe siedzisko w postaci prostopadlosciennych plyt ulozonych jedna na drugiej , przy czym plyta gómama nieznacznie zaokraglone linie brzegowe . Plyta srodkowa i frontowa lezyska fotela rozkladanego wsparte sa na metalowa konstrukcji, przy czym plyta srodkowa jest grubsza i szersza od plyty frontowej . Od strony czolowej, poniza plyty frontowej umieszczona jest szersza od nia i pionowo ustawiona szeroka listwa maskujaca. The subject of the industrial design is an armchair. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 shows the armchair from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the armchair from the front and side. A variation of the armchair according to the industrial design is a reclining armchair shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 4 shows the front and side view, and Fig. 5 shows the reclining armchair from the front and side. The armchair according to the industrial design has a two-layer seat in the form of cuboidal boards stacked one on top of the other, with the top board having slightly rounded edges. The side walls of the seat are constructed of thick panels that, when viewed from the side, resemble an inverted trapezoid, with the rear edges of the side walls cut at a greater angle than the front edges. The upper corners of the front part of the seat's side walls are slightly rounded. The rear edges of the side walls abut the rear wall of the seat, which is shaped like a wedge that widens downward, with the inner plane tilted relative to the vertical, while the rear plane is vertical. The rear wall of the seat is cut horizontally at the top and bottom. The lateral planes of the rear wall align with the outer planes of the seat's side walls. The rear seatback is a cushion that, in a front view, has a rectangular shape with rectangular cutouts in the lower side corners, with the top lines of these cutouts meeting the top surface of the side walls. The rear seatback cushion meets the top surface of the seat at the bottom and extends above the rear seatback. In the front view, the lower part of the seatback fills the space between the side walls, while above the line of the rectangular cutouts, its sides overlap the center of the side walls. Decorative recesses are located on the front surface of the rear seatback cushion and at the height of the top line of the rectangular cutouts. In the side view, the rear seatback cushion has a horizontally cut top section and a parallel top line of the rectangular cutouts. The edges connecting the individual surfaces of the chair are emphasized by decorative stitching lines, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. A variation of the chair according to the industrial design is the reclining chair, which has a bed made of three horizontally arranged rectangular panels, two of which are larger and one smaller. The middle and front panels of the reclining chair are supported by a metal structure, with the middle panel being thicker and wider than the front panel. On the front side, below the front panel, is a wide, vertically positioned cover strip, wider than the front panel.
